Magma Surge: Well first of all i automatically get the fire cape! Also i have a spell that calls down a taurrent of magma to fall from the sky and smote my enimy in any place at any time! I knew my name would come in handy!

since my skills are genrally low it would actually be a lot better and more productive just to raise them but... i would say 75 str for 66 mage and just to get rid of my defence lvl so that i would be a pure! 60 defence for 1 construction!

first of all pond3r4 the point of runescape is that you can do what the "BLEEP" you want and so i can see a simple solution, don't do them!!!!! I don't personally think it's a bad update at all, it gives people and alternative to quests if you're not that sort of person and offers not all that bad rewards. Of course if your the 24/7 hardcore runescape player you'll probably feel and obligation to do them and maybe feel pissed at jagex for throwing 'em in your face but on the whole i think it's a good idea.

this makes sense if you think about it technically, they can't live close to where children congregate, they can't afford a house where the are required to live and so they just don't live under a house... however ethically this is screwed up, the government should somehow be able to conpensate for these poor ummm... sex offenders
