Farming or fire making. farming takes a long time to do and is boring IMO. Fire making just due that you get nothing in return when you get 99...hard to spen a lot of money in and not get nothing back

Ok this is my frist full rate. Ive asked for stats to be rated but now im doing a bank now as well... so here it goes Pic of me Stats And my bank...please go easy on it :lol: I know its not much of a bank...but i sold everything for 99 fire make. Oh well. I think when i get 99 fire make...im going to cut 1.5k mages and get my armor and weapons back...then im going get 70 attack for a whip. Thoses are long term goals. Anyway Rate/hate...

In your analogy, you could also argue that the parent is party to blame for not teaching their child to avoid strangers. i.e. Jagex not taking proper measures. ;) Or the penal/justice system for not enforcing harsh enough punishments to deter said stranger from such an act (that would be some Internet commission in your analogy). It's all relative. But the majority of the blame rests with the scammer/stranger Good point. Still, the point I was trying to get across is that you can't equally blame the scammer/scammed. IMO...its both the scammer and the person scamed falt. The scammers falt by doing it...and the scamed person by falling for the scam. You can't be saying it is equally each's fault? If there was no scammer, there would be nothing to fall for. Some of the blame is to the scammed, but most is to the scammer. Ok so what u r saying is that...its like 75% of falt goes to the scammer and 25% goes to the scmaed person. You do have a point on that...

no, don't. get all your unranked skills into the highscores first. perhaps aim for 40+ in all skills, and then 50+ yeah...get all skils to at-least 35+...then mabey work on combat. As of now great lvls. 8/10
