There isn't any incentive to skill, which used to be on par with hunting KQ/KBD, until GWD came out and people started making millions (which by todays standards are probably billions) by getting lucky hilt drops. Well, 70 prayer is VERY important. As is 69 summoning, but just get 70 because. As for a third, maybe some skill that will make you profit to afford the first 2 skills. Look into it.
