  6. Good luck! Wish I had a mining cape In my opinion it's one of the hardest but it shows how determined you are. Keep going!

  9. Hello and welcome to my blog! Feel free to leave a post or bump this :D --currently doing a BIG change so won't update for a little while--- I'm still new to Tip.it so probably no one here has probably seen or heard of me so that is just one reason to start a blog. [hide=Latest Level and Completed Achievements]Pictures coming soon! Latest Level 90 defense! Completed Achievements! Woot! Here is a list of any achievment I have accomplished that I am excited about. Full melee void 68 Summoning-bunyip 70 Prayer-guthix herald 76 Fishing-sharks 80 Cooking-sharks[/hide] [hide=A little about me]Hi I'm Kodia. I have been playing runescape for a very long time. Played way back when there was only the left click, and I have played on and off since. If anyone wants to reminence about the good ole days feel free to pm! Been playing since 2001 or so if not earlier. Just started this blog to keep track of my goals and hopefully make some new friends.[/hide] [hide=Current works]Nothing at the moment, trying to update my blog quite a bit.[/hide] [hide=Goals]---Long term--- These goals are all things I would like to complete because they have been dreams of mine. Also gives myself something to do so I don't complain that I don't know what to do. Happens alot to me. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 85 Mining Reason: Always wanted to mine runite, and with my 88 longterm goal of smithing, I have a real good reason to mine alot of the ore I need myself Plan to obtain: See smithing. Mainly just mining iron, mithril, and gold. Might also eventually try powermining either iron or granite.... I have yet to try powermining granite so I'll experiment alittle ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 88 Smithing Reason: Adamant is the color green. Dark green is my favorite color. What more can I say? Smithing my favorite color = awesome. And at 88 I can smith full addy :D Always wanted to do that ever since Jagex finished the smithing table years ago. Plan to obtain: Mainly mithril and steel from my kingdoms constant coal supply. Will also mine and smith gold with my goldsmithing gaunlets. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 85 Fletching Reason: Always wanted to make magic longbows, and it's a fairly easy goal to boot. A lot easier to get than my 88 smith or 85 mining ;) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 75 Theiving Reason: Stealing from the gem stall would be just great. My brother already does while he is doing farm runs and has a huge collection of gems. I always can use more gems. Plus it gives me access to pretty much any area and chest. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 65 Runecraft Reason: Crafting deaths. Just in case I run out or get low from barrows, plus I can make extra to use during Castlewars, or anywhere I want to mage. ---Short term--- List of goals I hope to get within a short period.[/hide] ---Fun stuff I do--- [hide=Apple pies]I always liked apple pies and they were the best food until fishing came out. And with the not so recent update they are still very good at 14 healing. Were 10 healing before the update. With the new infinate supply update it's even easier to make pies. I can get unlimited flower AND pie dishes :D . The apples themselves I get from the culnimancer shop. Water I get from the humidify spell.[/hide] Thanks for reading and please post something. A simple good luckl will suffice. I am always accepting advice to make this blog better! Stay tuned for even more updates!
  10. As cool as getting better metal types of cannon balls would be, I don't think they will make such a major change so late. And imagine what rune can hit if steel already hits 30
  11. Wow I'm amazed that there are others still playing from back in the day. I found out from my brother who played towers with his friends. Back when I started in 7th grade there was only left clicking. If you killed something the loot was able to be picked up by anybody. Mining was funny because 1. No banks so you mined then smithed what you just mined, and 2. if you missed clicking the rock you dropped your pickaxe. And then anyone on top of it had to move because you couldn't click on it :D I remember the cabbage field near lumby, lots of pking memories back then ;) My bro made a killing off addy items he looted. The blue cape from the champions guild was the best, and there were only two guilds cooking and champions. Back in the day there was only a bank for gold, so everyone had mule accounts to hold gems ect. The best shiield for the longest time was the iron kite. Then later they finally updated the smithing table and Bluerose13x started making higher level shields. I bought my first addy square for 255 new runes. Those came out in 8th grade or so for me. It was nats, laws, chaos and death if i remember correctly. And the best place to get them was the ice warriors and ice giants in the ice cave where you get blurite. So it was always crowded down there. And bluerose13x got to 99 magic from all the new runes she got from the addy shields she made. She charged new runes and not money lol :). The iron plate was smithable at level 60, and runeite didn't exist. Everything above iron was at level 99, except for the addy dagger, steel dagger and mithril dagger which were at 50 and 70. Could be off but for sure mithril and above the tables were incomplete. For skills there was good and bad magic, and good and evil prayer. You got about even exp for prayer for just burying bones, and later they updated both skills and combined your two levels. You kept the highest level I think. Prayer had no use and magic was fun to use because you could melee and mage at the same time. Good magic was either the magic that lowered opponents stats or upped yours, it's been so long. Bad magic I know was like air strike that did actual damage. Wow I can go on and on about the old days :D Sorry for the super text blocks. Just so many memories. I still play but not on my original account. Keith8_8000 is the account I started on and eventually quit for a year and ended up giving it away. Now I play this account. Been playing on and off for years now :) Seen so many changes. Definately not ths same as it was only a few years ago.
  12. Iron smelts by iteself, but without a Ring of Forging you will only get around 50% to make bars. Iron has a 50% chance to either be too inpure or to make a bar. With the ring of forging (ruby ring that's been enchanted) you get 100% of your iron ore into bars. Steel is 1 Iron + 2 coal Mithril is 1 mithril ore + 4 coal Adamintite is Addy ore + 6 coal Runite is rune ore + 8 coal There are the major ones. Gold ore and silver ore both make bars 100%. aka 1 gold ore or 1 silver ore = 1 gold bar or 1 silver bar. Check out the smithing guide here on tipit too :D will tell you what I just did plus give tips ect. http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=smithing_guide.htm there is the link.
  13. Once your in the new goblin city, go to the big market place. Once there head to the south west side of it, and you'll see a long tunnel/path. There will be two or three room attached to it. The one farthest to the north has barlak in there. This is all on the first floor
  14. Kodia

    LOCATION??

If it's to kill a jogre, head to Tai bwo wanni trio (excuse the spelling :D ) then head north. You should see an exclamation mark. That is the place. It will be a rock looking surface you climb into. You also walk along a small cliff because it's quite far down.
  15. Yeah that might be it. Since he is a "super powerful" vampire you probably need to hit high enough so it kills him. I think he might have regenerated some when I fought. Worth a try at least
  16. Did you get all of the pot stuff done? The only reason I can think of is that you didn't weaken him when you used the pot. I remember in the quest it talking about the only way to beat him is by weakening him. I don't know for sure if you can fight him without going thru all the steps though. Can you tells us exactly what you did to your silver pot? The steps I did were get a silver pot, then get it blessed. Take it to the one vampire and have your blood put into it. After that you add garlic and spice to cover up the garlic smell. Then use it on the coffin and fight him.
  17. When the noobs come out I am at my house, or killing ice giants on top of White Wolf Moutain. Just above the dungeon where the ice queen is at. Very far away from any city and not too many new people know about it ;)
