Do curls work as well as a regular bench press? I come back from a month vacation and my bench is gone. What is up with that

I am back from the West Coast. I think spending time in all the cities has flipped my perspective around a bit. Aaaahh, this should be a good year.

If he's that uncomfortable, I don't think he should quite consider her his girlfriend. I hate that, when people my age call people they might have gone on one date with their perfect matches, when they aren't even comfortable around each other. That's what dating is for. Seeing if you're actually a good couple together, and it's easy to be comfortable. I mean, I still feel a little uncomfortable one-on-one with girls, but you just gotta remember that 9 out of 10 teenage girls are actually just as insecure, if not more so, than the guys they're dating. They think we're judging them and that we're gonna tell all our friends the next day, just like we think they will. But if either one is an alright person, there's no way in hell they'll go back to their friends and laugh at the other's expense. I don't get why you hate our stuff so much, flying. Being genuine and communicating will work great - when he's actually comfortable around women. He's clearly not. He needs something to help him, and whether that's a book or an alligator, I really think we should help him find that alligator. Wait, what? On a lighter note. Barrell, you just have to get comfortable around her. Remember that she's nervous, too. You could ask her if she really wants to call you her boyfriend, because just saying you're dating helps.

Well, the depressed one happens a lot. A lot of people our age that're fat don't have the willpower or foresight to give a [bleep] about eating three bags of doritos a day. I know several. But to be honest, breaking him down is the only way. Whether he does it inside his own head or others do it for him, the only way he'll get fit is if he decides he's tired of being fat. Getting a girly involved wouldn't hurt, either.

Join a predominantly Italian forum here on the internet, there are a lot of them. I'm able to speak pretty fluently, although having to take Spanish in school is [bleep]ing me all kinds of up. I might join a forum again, I lurked on one ages ago but can't remember what it was called. I definitely recommend a forum, though. I'm sure there's one for learning Italian. Or, if you know someone who speaks fluently, get with them. Just remember the most important phrase: Parlate ingles? If you don't get an affirmative, it will be much more difficult, considering that if you get confused, you can always ask an English-speaking Italian: "Como si dice (English word) in italiano?" Italian is a very common language in Europe. Plus, at the very least, you could get the gist of what a Spanish-speaking person is saying. Anyways, if you want to learn within a few months, you could always buy Rosetta Stone Italiano.

I'd get it, but my video card has [cabbage] on me for some reason. I learned that it could barely run DOOM today. No wonder Mount & Blade has slowed down on me recently ... Really the only good thing about my computer is my external hard drive and kick-[wagon] monitor. This thing and most of its components are just rebuilt from two or three nineties computers. >:l

Almost done with school. Best weekend this year, I do believe. Lots of talking, with my brother, with friends. Lots of music, just lots of life. Gotta top it in a week.
