  1. These conspiracies are my favorites. It looks like How2 is right, and here pretty soon we'll get the "YOU ALWAYS BET ON DUKE!" we always wanted, and wet our pants like little girls at how amazing the game is.
  2. Aha, I knew you were going to. I was just writing a post warning him to be careful, what with all the hopeful authors on this board... I always forget how many of you guys are in college or even graduating (or at least close to it). What all are the gang majoring in, for the most part?
  3. Haha, my textbook is horrible. It's from the 90's, but still, there's a damn limit. I know history is written by the winner, but the guys who wrote mine were basically Team America [bleep] yeah!. I'm pretty sure it's just an edited version from the 80's, since hardly anything after that is covered. I mean, it is a geography book, but still. They focus a lot more on when other countries are hanging out killing people. And the Marshall Plan and our aid to Greece and Turkey to "fight the Communist agenda" (actual quote) are the second coming of Jesus. Hilarious.
  4. I think you need to meet the Freebirds Super Monster, pink. That fat man is crying with joy or fear. I've grown a liking of honey on toast lately. Delicious. Fried chicken and watermelon were very popular foods in the south during slavery, so slaves got some too. They liked it, so they took it with them to the north. The north was all "WHOA GIANT MELONS AND FRIED CHICKEN? You crazy negroes." Of course their monocles comically popped out when they shouted the whoa. I think that's why, dawg.
  5. Europe, yeah, probably. Although you could define the turning point of the war as anything from D-Day to Pearl Harbor to dropping the nukes. Gaining a foothold on Europe, America deciding "[bleep] YOU" to Germany, Japan, Austria and co., and Japan finally deciding, "I think we should surrender guys." Respectively. On a lighter note. These guys have every right to protest. Nobody gives a [cabbage] about Sri Lanka, but we should. It's really a pretty cool place.
  6. BUMBADUMBA WOOOOO. Bringing this baby back for the end of the school year. Mainly because I'm getting to hang out at UT Austin this summer. Carry on.
  7. Learn everything you can about it, and ramble for some time. But look interested. I like to brag about my abilities in speeches - I refuse to use notecards or anything of the sort. Because I'm a very, very good liar. It's ridiculous. You just have to be confident in your lies. I made a 95 in a twenty-minute presentation earlier (about 3/4 of which I made up) in the year, whereas most people would carry entire reports in notecards and talk for four minutes. It's all posture and confidence. You have to ooze, "Hey, [bleep] you, I'm right." AND DO NOT LOOK DOWN. [bleep]ING EVER. Yeeeeah.
  8. That's very far off. I never realized how [bleep]ING MASSIVE Greek mythology is. I'm studying up on it now, and I'm hopelessly lost. They have a god, goddess, demigod, spirit, [bleep] they have any divine or semi-divine thing they can for EVERYTHING. It's ridiculous sir.
  9. Tuesday at 10 Eastern for the US.
  10. I'd define that as general max. Absolute, I'd say is two or three as high as you can go, perfect form.
  11. Well, it is true. But you'd be surprised how many ladies you can get with a harmonica. Oh, and have you met ZZ Top? They get so many ladies they don't even have to shave or just look good anymore.
  12. Vehicles are a yes. Underwater combat is a yes. New melee combat? Likely. Neat.
  13. People get mentally addicted to pot plenty here. This one Mexican guy in my study hall broke down because he's stealing from his parents to fund it. I guess it's a good thing I don't have enough money for that sort of thing, I tend to have an addictive personality.
  14. Yeah, doesn't look bad considering it's fans that are making it. I doubt I'll see it, though. I'm Rings'd out. Maybe if I have about an hour of free time I'll watch it.

The funny thing is, I always thought the guy looked like he was lost. Kinda confused why there was a tank trying to run over him when he was just trying to cross the street.
  16. OH MY GOD THAT IS THE COOLEST IDEA I HAVE EVER HEARD. Aw man, I just realized I couldn't come close to fitting all my stuff in my suitcase.

I'd get it looked at. I have a friend that's out of track his entire sophomore year because he didn't think he really had shin splints. And his are damn bad, he has to go in three times a week. Do they just squeeze really hard to fix it or something? He told me about that, and I got that mental image. And I really liked it. I would like to point out l0rd, Quoi and any other North Carolinan TIF'ers are lucky. North Carolina University - Asheville's tuition and room and board is less than a fourth of what I'll be paying at pretty much any school here. Even for nonresidents, it's a good few thousand less. But I don't like their journalism program, as awesome as NC is.
  18. Get with her sister and/or mother. DESTROY THEIR FAMILY FROM THE INSIDE OUT RAAAAAAAAGGGHHHH. Seriously, brah. I'd get revenge like that, because it's a [bleep]ing hilarious way to break up with a chick.
  19. I'd love to learn guitar. But my hands are terrifyingly uncoordinated. That's why my harmonica-beatboxing is perfect for me. It really is just flailing the instrument around and screaming into it. Well, blowing into it. I'm very good at the beatboxing with it, though. And I'm pretty good with it just normally. With my E I can play Any Way You Want It, and I think it sounds monstrous.
  20. Yeah, Lord Knudarr is such a [kitty]. Vaegirs really are morons. They keep threatening and declaring war on my kingdom. I only have two lords, but my army is spread out and numbers at about a thousand (many of them near the top rank) troops. And I've conquered half of the green on the map. And colored myself olive, just to mind[bleep] them. I'm actually about to take Knudarr, after I demolish their war party and take everyone prisoner.
  21. Exactly. Or he could have torn the spartan apart when he threw GROUND GLASS and PEPPER in his eyes. WHAT.
  22. Harmonica. And I am ridiculously good at it. But I am not in a band. That would be stupid.
  23. Well, I'll do a play-by-play of the Spartan-ninja battle and why it was [cabbage]. Alright. Spartan's walking through a clearing in a forest. Ninja is watching. Ninja pops out, runs up to the back of the Spartan, prepares to kill. Shield comes in handy here. Nothing much happens until the ninja uses his flail-thing and trips the spartan. Ninja runs away. Spartan tries to stab ninja with big, deadly spear. Ninja uses scythe to cut the [bleep] out of spear and stab the spartan a little. Throws crushed broken glass in spartan's eyes, although apparently the spartan could blink it out within a second and keep chasing. They both throw stars and javelins and crap, but they suck at it, so nothing there. Ninja climbs up cliff, jumps down, and apparently spartan is able to poke his sword up and stab through the ninja. Spartan proceeds to stab the ninja about ten times. Yeah.

What the [bleep]? We can't even afford a class trip! Or, actually, paper. Seriously. We've had to have paper donated to us.
  25. Haha, me and some friends killed a bot-Bill and filled the generator room with gas tanks and explosives and the like, while we hid on the boiler. Was going good, and we didn't light the gas tanks until we got two tanks, which we did. And, as soon as we lit the tanks, a smoker pulled my friend through the fires (and flames) and propane tank explosions. He was dead in literally two seconds. My other friend, though, is an idiot and jumped down to save him. He died from the fall, somehow. I blame the fire. So, the fire burned for about two minutes while I sat there chillin' and killin'. Then a smoker got me by apparently throwing his tongue over the roof. Pretty sweet, we got six minutes or so.
