  1. Hey everyone! I have officially finished the game! (YAY!) Um.. I'm not exactly sure who my current beta testers are now. I actually have enough so I don't need any here... but I'm more than willing to get a little extra help! Lady Heinous is for sure one right now. Does anyone else want to be one?
  2. Right now the fire cape seems to be the most complicated.
  3. If you have the time, I recommend you look at the topic I have for the rpgxp game I've been working on! (Enex2, you can acess it by clicking the picture in my signature!) Your story looks decent. It's a bit cliche but nowadays what isn't? The main problem I see is with your mapping. Why would a house have that much empty space? There's no need for a small farm village house to be a mini mansion, especially if they don't put anything in it. Peasant houses are usually quite small. Try using the ceiling tool. The same goes for many of yours maps. Nature is random and cluttered, so add more scenery. It's also just plain prettier to look at. You can use some maps of mine (I have many screenshots posted) as examples if you like. A final comment is the map with the rain. The trees would never grow in such a straight line in nature, so stagger them a bit. Also, if it's raining, the sky should also be a little darker. I recommend also using a slight fog overlay to act as clouds. Good luck with your game, and if you need more help I recommend you go to http://www.hbgames.org/forums/index.php. It's a forum for people making rpgmaker games (Last time I checked it, it was named Rmxp.org. I've been away too long :x) If you're looking to play what is quite frankly an utterly inspiring rpgmaker xp game, showing you the level of quality you should expect to make, try going to http://freebirdgames.com/ and playing the game called "Quintessence." It is through playing inspiring games like that one that I greatly improved myself, and I recommend you try that too. Some other masterpeice rpgmakerxp games involve "U.S.G. A new Beginning" and "Master of the Wind." Try them out if youre bored and need inspiration!
  4. Any of the other Champions of Champions who are currently nonchallengable.
  5. Aw so Jagex just fudged up with the names and accidentally made them similar. What a dissapointment. You forgot dragonstone btw.

  7. You pretty much answered your own question here- there's so many skills that need updates that it'll be more than years before they could legitimately get to summoning. Actually, I'd argue that any update given to summoning is an update given to another skill. There are no familiars that only benefit "Summoning" (though one could argue that the Spirit Kyatt fits in with this as the hunter bonus is obtained by the cheaper larupia.) The Graahk is a (unintentional) update to Runecrafting. The granite lobster is an update to combat and fishing. The lava titan is an update to mining, boss hunting, and just general combat. Beasts of Burdens are updates to almost all noncombat and combat skills. The only skill that misses out from Summoning benefits is agility. (yes, yes, terrorbird I know. You can't take him with you to pretty much any agility course though so what's the point.)

  9. There's also the issue with Vanstrom, the evil vampire. And the myreque member on our team, Ivan Strom. .. I, Vanstrom. Ivan Strom.

  11. I'd be rather bummed out even though I'm not playing quite as much at the moment. Runescape is a game I like to always come back to after breaks or just check up on every now and then and it holds my interest quite well. I'd also be disappointed I didnt get to see the end of the quest lines.
  12. Quests are my favorite part of the game. It really makes them so much better if you complete them without a guide. I used to think quests were a chore and boring until I decided to try completing them without a guide.
  13. I actually just answered that in the post directly above you. This is a p2p only minigame. There are no Jogres, Ghouls, and Earth Warriors in f2p.
  14. Mughinn, I hope you realize that killing imps in members wont give you a scroll :x Either way, killing imps in that area is pretty good yes, but they are more widely spaced out that other place I think. Most people already know about that spot however. Thanks anyway! By the way, on the new content live Q&A, one of the mods mentioned adding some real rewards to the Champion's Challenge. They said it wont come anytime soon, but it's nice to know!
  15. Blast it, so wyverns AND bandos mages got their safespots messed up? I'll leave the Bandos Mages guide up for now for a while to see if they bring that safespot back, but if not I'll have to take it down. I'm a little busy right now so I'll have to update the wyvern safespot guide with some new information when I can.
  16. No, that's a "Murder Reaper". It's part of a group of monsters called reapers that tend to die in one or two hits easily but have maxed speed and attack. They're basically guaranteed to kill at least once person each before they die. (Hopefully not more, you do have to be quick to target them.) Big Stingman is correct. I make the game using an editor called RPGXP which is coded in Ruby.
  17. Lalala told me tip it wanted to use a picture of the d pick spec for something and I wasnt sure where to submit it. Credits pl0x!
  18. I don't understand why people think minigames need regular updates. Only if something is broken about it does anything actually need to be changed. Castlewars definitely doesn't need an update. There are some people who play the game ONLY for castle wars. That means they must have done something right.
  19. I got a Dragon Pickaxe in about 6 Dwogre kills! :D I love it, having it has made mining just much more fun to me now somehow.
  20. There are some quests like Sheep Herder that don't provide a song. You do every quest but Sheep Herder or one of those ones.
  21. If you have to use long rage and can only fight one, I don't think it's worth it anymore at all.
  22. The safespot has been fixed? Oh bother! >.< I shouldn't have written a guide about it!
  23. Nice boots! I'd be shooting imps too if I didn't already have all the champ scrolls :D Nice idea with the prayer recharging. I was considering that but forgot about lootshare worlds
  24. I have added a new monster! I now have a guide on Bandos Spiritual Mages!
