If you mean kill elvarg, it's possible at level 4-5, I think, though you'd need a ton of food/friends. Congrations you get 1 Hit KOed by the almighty 10 by elvarg after 20 hours trying to get to her/him(not sure).

A way could be iron smelting, i think it is faster exp than steel and you will lose very little or evemn break if you buy ores 100ea and sell bars 200+ea

For drops you can try mossies in wild and bring 1k bronze or something like that and use non-peak hours times.

I used maybe from 60-70 about 5-10k arrows and i was at mossies in f2p, it was 15k exp/h but with them maybe 20k-25? but you can pc if you want.

I'd say use lava staff + air runes, faster to rc and buy. You shouldn't bank bones as Master Smither said. I wouldn't buy the boots but thats my opinion.

The fish gives fishing exp + 20 cooking exp and fishing is very time consuming.
