By killing a runner you lose the defender massive points. By killing a healer the healer loses points. By not shooting the cannon the collector loses points. It's a lose/lose situation unless you shot the attackers monsters. If the defender, healer, or collector lose points the team loses points.

Well since almost every high leveled person has their public off/friends they don't even see the messages to respond to. So they get the reputation of jerks who don't respond to anyone. Myself I have clan chat on 24/7 so i nvr seen anything but it.
