  1. I read this already but it's still interesting.
  2. It sort of is but is it realy a bad thing? As long as Runescape isn't the majority off your time I'd say your fine.
  3. eh... did that actually happen? :o   Yes it did, thats what makes it so funny.
  4. They will keep rising until the demand starts to go down and people start to sell because the price got high enough. They won't crash though, this time they'll remain the top money holding item in the game like they used to me. When do you think they will even out? They won't. For the last 7 years they've always been going up for the most part. Ok, and i just looked at some of the graphs and they perty much all fell during march and i looked at updates and non of them seemed to have caused it what happened? After the removal of staking and pking many players quit and when they did they sold off all their partyhats causing a massive increase in supply and a decrease in demand of partyhats to stake causing them to fall. They were frozen in the GE from then on because the buy amount for an update was too large. Jagex then manually adjusted partyhat prices and changed the limits along with the drop rise margin to 1% each update. So they did a slow fall(with a few buyouts inbetween) until 3rd age started to crash and then merchants needed a new item. It was then that they got bought out and 3rd age dumped. This is what you see today and that was a crash course in p hat history after the grand exchange.

  6. Interesting. Seems like your out of their range and they hit the wall of the building and can't back up anymore. Useful for low levels I guess.
  7. Two words: Price manipulation That and many other items are a perfect example of price manipulators buying out the supply and causing false demand. They will eventually dump it and make it drop below it's original price.
  8. Alching all the way.
  9. Stick with graahking.
  10. Seems like a decent idea but as Zaap said it'll most likely talk about price manipulated items. umm, can you send me link? x[) viewtopic.php?f=30&t=788147
  11. I guess you'll make a bit more GP immediately off those claws and AGS but other than that they will crash hard soon. Terrible trade IMO because partyhats can be used as leverage in a lot of trades in the future. But then again you may want that AGS more than a paper hat.
  12. I've never done flatbacks but from what I understand they arn't too good to do because you have to bank them. So if your bound and determined to do flatpacks you'll have to find someone else to help you.
  13. I would suggest doing oak larders until you can do oak dungeon doors. Had the butler unnote planks for you instead of doing it yourself.
  14. Third age melee plate and legs currently sell for max but that won't last for long. You'd be better off trying to make money to buy the 3rd age than getting ti via a clue.
  15. Most skillers don't even risk 75k :shame: #-o
  16. Spectral, elysian, and divine are bought out again. Arcane is doing very bad atm selling for over 50% junk and cash. Elysian and divine arn't going to last much longer due to their price tag. All 3rd age besides plate and legs has crashed after the recent buyout. The only reason 3rd age keeps getting bought out is so merchants can sell their stocks instead of holding it as unsellable junk. Merchants without partyhats are having a very hard time successfully buying out anything these days. Easters are going to crash soon also.
  17. Tab 1: Money and random items that I like having in the first tab Tab 2: Armour and weapons Tab 3: Seeds Tab 4: Herbs and pots Tab 5: Treasure trail items Tab 6: Teleportation and summoning Tab 7: Quest and untradable items
  18. They seem like a good idea but I don't see enough people that would be willing to use them because of their past experiences with tip.it unofficial clan chats. But nonetheless I would be willing to lend a hand in the help and minigame clan chats.
  19. I agree with everything you said. However, Jagex is too far into the 'abolish RWT' attitude that they won't listen to any suggestions that could lead to RWTing no matter how good they are. One day they'll have to decide whether stopping RWT or pleasing their players is the bigger issue and when that day comes I hope they choose the later.
  20. Interesting information about the types of hacks. Pretty sure that was on RSOF :-k
  21. If you have a better DYK then send it to one of the editorial staff. That tip is more of a helpful reminder to all as it can be very useful and is closer to a teleport than the ardy one is. It may have been kind of weak but I do have a DYK that almost noone would noone but then again it would only benifit a few people. It's up n_odie or mirror to decide whether to use it or not. It's tougher than you way seem to find a good DYK that most people won't know and that will effect most people. So again, please send a member of the editorial staff a PM if you think you have a better DYK. The first article was good and it put things on the table for people who don't regularly read our threads about the subject. The 2nd article was very good and it gave an explanation to why the updates have been less than amazing this past year. Good week guys
  22. Basically with the Pvp update of autoskull and no pro item it caused mass dumping by people who only bought those items to pvp with. Then they added +1 worlds and suddenly those items could be used in Pvp again causing people to try and rebuy them. Merchants saw this and cabbaged onto them causing a huge buyout coupled with natural demand. They will crash again soon no worries, these prices are temporary.
