  1. XBL ruins lives, Shiny. Nice terragen stuff ;) Tag looks interesting too ;) I'm not so sure about the colour version though D:
  2. Sure, go ahead.
  3. Shh!
  4. Updated with new entries.
  5. He means he rendered it in GIMP, not 3d modeled.
  6. Roxsabre, you really do not know what you are talking about. Dsavi DOES actually know what he's talking about and is much more experienced.
  7. I thought the world was neck deep in an economic recession :?

I'm fairly certain it's not iWarp; iWarp creates more of a circle.

What's under his boot? Also, what's with the border and text? The red on a more earthy coloured pixel looks horrid.. :?
  10. Welcome to the SOTW #10 Thread! The theme for this week is: Wall-E (movie). The deadline for this week's competition is: Tuesday 19th May Remember to PM your entries to me. Please upload your entry to TINYPIC; this keeps your entry anonymous and also prevents biased voting. Text on your signature is allowed, but it should not display your username. [hide=Entries]1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. This one is allowed, since it is another character from the movie-Wall-E could be any of the characters  [/hide] Good luck!
  11. Well, I have school today, so I'm not quite sure. Also, why are you racing to make a post.... :?
  12. You make the whole picture greyscale, then you select around the sunglasses with the pen/path tool, copy them, and then apply a colourized hue/saturation adjustment to it.
  13. I think we'll temporarily close for a few days so we can get these orders done and not get piled up. Also, a disclaimer; We'll only do text if it looks good ;)
  14. There around 1100. I think I might get an Olympus E-420. At $870, they are the cheapest DSLR on the market. Cheap may save you money, but alot of sites that sell cameras often will do bundle deals with Sony A200's, that could save you anything from $30 - $100 depending what it's bundled with
  15. Number one is 42.6kb Number 2 is 38kb Right click the image, and select properties (if there is an option on whatever browser you happen to use). It'll show you the size there; check the filesize of it before you choose to use it as your avatar ;)
  16. It's very easy to add filters, but really, it's up to the administrators to decide if this word deserves a place on the filter list.
  17. It's not needed, there are plenty of people who obviously disregard the rules and place much to large images in their signature space. This extension to the sizes you want implemented would only encourage people.
  18. I don't really like either of the new ones, the first one has a screwed up DOF, and the second one has a very neutral background that does nothing to compliment the branch/twig.
  19. For around NZD$1300 you could get a Sony A200; that is the camera that Fares (on the photo thread) uses.

    What camera are you using?

I think what Shiny is saying is that fractals are normally used to make a background, not the focus of the actual tag.
  22. Fantastic work Ard! I love the colours in your pieces
  23. I've always like Element Skateboarding Bags, even though I don't have one right now. I haz Animal.
  24. Even though it's cool to run Runescape on Chrome because it's nearly full-screen, I wouldn't, because Chrome has had issues with Java which haven't been fixed (not that I've seen).
