  1. Melee them, i mean try ranged if you like but for me, the competition drives me maaaaaaad. There is a good spot in the chaos tunnels, enter the rift near the zamorak mage in lvl 5 wild then run to the portal just west and you're there. Stick to a corner so you only have one on you. 60 second bank trip when you need to edgeville bank. They might hurt you quite a bit at your level, but you will do okay, the bank is real close, and if you use monks or less drops should cover food costs.
  2. flail flail flail Though to be completely honest and realistic, without being insulting, if "1.5m" is even remotely a large sum of money to you to drop into a weapon, i HIGHLY advise fighting somethign else. You'll use up that much in no time in supps alone...i'm not trying to be discouraging, just bear in mind this is not going to be cheap. For all the cheap weapons go with flail, spec on mace.
  3. I'm aware, i was just reminding that wanting to be a mod does not mean you have to pull crap like that, i've been owned multiple times for rediculous things by people who want to be mods just trying to rack up a high report record, it was just a peice of friendly advice ;)
  4. Jagex will say yes, but remember there are countless people out there with 0 marks so... and for the love of god, wether you want to be or not please only report when you actually see rule breaking, a slight insult being reported just leaves everybody annoyed, and you no closer to being a mod. Just play the game, be nice, and maybe it will happen. Doubt it though.
  5. It's mostly slayer things that drop crimsons well, with the exceptions of those monsters that you'll spend a lot harvesting from. I'll assume rock lobbies are out. The big one of course is waterfiends, i've not clue how effective they will be at your levels though, so wait on somebody who's killed them with similar stats to you for more input. Other than that i highly, highly reccomend getting the slay req for dust devils. It'll only take a day, and probably save you more time in the long run since dusties drop very frequently. Personally my summoning is pretty much 90% from just slayer drops, slayer is a good way, though not the fastest, will help you keep some sanity. If you really just wanna camp at monsters your options, without slayer are pretty much limited to rubbish droppers or other charms. Greater demons are probably your best bet.
  6. Nothing drops them frequently, but some more than others. At your levels you're pretty much stuck with kalphite (soldiers and guardians are both decent, but the bigger ones are better). Or, and i highly reccomend, get that next slayer level and go abby spectres. Might even cover the shard costs in other drops for said blues. Wall beasts are good too. Aside from that, Bork.
  7. Not too recent, a few weeks ago but... they nerfed the grass at the fish guild -,- It use to be lucious green! Now it's sad =( *makes use of the handy colour pad in reply box just because he can >.> *
  8. For lvl 2's: Pyrefiends, cockatrice, harpie swarms. Harpie swarms will probably get you them fastest. All i've been doing for a fortnight, trust me these are the best ;)
  9. Well it's uber slow xp, limited uses, i don't think it's worth dropping cash on one. You're better off training with a scimmy and defender, the only real usage is on boss monsters to spec out, and even then the mace and dds can be better. Imo don't bother, but some people like it.
  10. Yanille or piscatoris (the latter being quieter).
  11. + stay within 2 squares of it
  12. Note that it's based on offers, not sales. Also, that there are price floors that are sometimes way off. Also with some things, jagex just punches in random numbers so nobody can buy or sell.
  13. I never listen to it...never bothered to get rs sound to work under aoss wrapper, but i have maybe 5 unlocked ones. You can't help but get them all when you play every aspect of the game, and a fairly old account, it just happens. The only ones i don't have are the ones from BH and the whole of waterbirth - never been there. Maybe one day i'll try dk'ing, but it'd be for the friends not the music. Emote to me looks more like i'm...well...having fun with myself, rather than air guitar
  14. I'd buy yews and fm, then if you're not sick of it trim it with cook.
  15. I get loads of half keys o.O then again, i get loads of randoms.....
  16. What difference does it make o_O collect your own stuff, minus chickens...because that's just a stupid thing to collect on your own, and do it whenever, i don't get how it makes a difference
  17. How lazy can you get, 20 seconds on the rsof would give you a long list 15-16-851-55382761 15-16-455-55399700 15-16-759-55382224 that's 30 seconds looking. There are probably many many more better guides all over the rsof. I'ma tell you now though, the fact you couldn't be arsed to look this up shows you don't have what it takes, summoning is a very slow skill to raise, and takes patience. We're all happy to help you with your questions, but god damn there's a limit, literally 30 seconds it took me...
  18. everything that has been said, plus the fact that people don't want to sell the ones they have because they know they will go up in value - adding to the value.
  19. you're not missing out, trust me
  20. range > fm > cook+fletch
  21. That's how i, and pretty much everybody else i have seen playing the game plays it. What's the issue? If you want to be alone, hop.
  22. My recommendation is to give strength and attack more focus, then defence. It doesn't make a huge difference, but on the whole it is slightly faster doing it that way.
  23. The guy made a mistake, no need to be so cruel about it. I hear so often on these forums about how nice this community is, and after being here a few months...really, i don't see it. It's just like any other community, give the kid a break. You where warned, true. But as we all know, that doesn't mean much. We get warned about lots of things, and after a while you just have to filter all that stuff out because it's usually warning you over trivial things. Yes, this guy made a mistake, but it's also not nice of jagex at all to set it up this way. He didn't get warned what would happen, only that he couldn't deposit more than 12k. Obviously he expected there to be some mechanism to stop him losing all his work, that was a very very fair assumption to make considering he didn't know, and it's what i would also expect to happen - not being booted out and losing your work. But to the op, it's how you learn, and i bet you won't do that again in a urry, and thanks for telling me this, and all of us this. Now none of use will make the same mistake if we ever play that game.
  24. Would you mind telling me which article that is? I don't remember reading about it. 17 December 2007 - Future Changes to Recent Updates I'll quote the important bit:
