least:fletching most:mining,woodcutting, farming, herblore, smithing and construction oh and crafting as well some are buyable but still take awhile :

they are jealous or mentally challenged it takes hard work to get any cape even if you buy the skill you still have to do all the fletching, cooking etc.. ya fletching and cooking capes arent really achivments anymore but runecrafting, construction,farming,herblore,crafting,mining,smithing,farming,fishing those are very hard 99's in my opinion.... just my thought's on that : and grats on the 99 fletching

thats true at least f2p gets a hood even though im p2 my f2p can now have hoods hopefully it isnt as gay as the chicken suit

didnt affect me much i tryed to go for 99 hunting but gave up at 67 not much a goal oriented person i guess but whatever -.-
