Is God real post your thoughts!
Erm, even every CHRISTIAN knows that God did not literally write the Bible himself. I don't think it's question of whether or not God exists, but a question of what God is. It's almost certainly not the way it's portrayed in the Bible. I go to a Christian school, and i was taught that the Bible is God's autobiography about the time he came down from heaven and was viscously killed by Jews for no apparent reason. Really, contradicts what I've heard, from the priests in my Catholic school, from the priests who work in my area, from practically any priest I've heard talk about the matter. What they've all said? Jesus was the son of God sent down to show us the light and relieve us of our sins. Was the Bible written by Jesus? No, the first book of it was written 20-30 years later, I forget by which disciple though. If you want to actually explore a religion, the last person I would listen to for it's facts are those who preach it, read the bible yourself, not by those who tell about it. Would be rather odd that "God" wrote the book in 3rd person then eh? Your opinion seems to be something formed by watching "The passion" or whatever it's called, Jesus wasn't killed by the Jews, he was killed by the Romans and the defining fact many mention, has very few credible resources to practically none. (I.e the choice to let Barabbas go or free Jesus instead)

Exorcism/Exorcists
Another death that can be attributed to the ignorance / fear caused by religion. That is seriously [developmentally delayed]ed, it defies all logic. She broke a law, stealing a statue which of courses means she's occupied by an evil spirit sent by the dark lord himself  I can see this winning a Darwin award in the near future.

Badassery
The Finish sniper without a doubt. Out of people I know, well my dad was playing hurling (Irish sport) while I was watching it from the sidelines in a local park when a pedophile tryed to abduct me. He lead me about 100 yards away towards the main road, my dad saw that and left the pitch Hurl in hand, hit the guy over the head with his hurl knocking him unconcious, lead me back over to the subs bench and told his friend "Séan would you keep an eye on him for [bleep] sake." In a thick Irish accent, ran back onto the pitch and scored a goal in 20 seconds. Comprises everything needed in a manly story, sports, swearing and fighting. Pretty funny moment

My school bag/s
Not sure, but in my school "popularity" or "popular" aren't used in their literal term, "popularity" in my school is measured on how many "cool" friends you have, you can have 100 friends in my school, but if they aren't cool then you're not popular. Seems to be that way in many schools. I love Janssports bags, I have a locker for a reason, when it comes to going to and from school, all I need to do is carry about 3-4 books and 2-3 copies, you don't need a big bag for that. If I need to bring in sports gear or other clothes, that's what my sports bag for, no point in lugging around heavy books in big bags when you have a locker. Not to mention as well that my Janssport bag has lasted me nearly 4 complete years of school, the only damage to them is my friend's names written all over it in Tipex. Other than that, it's still in great condition.

YOUR Future Plan???
My plan? Achieve the best I can in my LC exam (Final Irish state exam, determines what courses you can apply for in Irish colleges). Might do a degree, might not, if I do, most likely law or medicine. After School or College, I plan to go on to join the British army, either the RIR (Royal Irish regiment) or the 16th Brigade (The paras). I will eventually try to join the SAS, my goal in life considering the fail rate is 97%, if I don't join them after many trys or I simply don't feel the army is right for me, I plan to quit and then join the Gardaí (Irish police force) and then eventually the ERU (Elite force of the Irish police, act as a Swat team and do all escort for politicians of who need utmost safety). It wont pay big, it wont get me a big house and a gold-digger wife, but happiness matters more than money, and those two are the jobs I want.

My school bag/s
I don't mean this in a criticizing way, but you aren't part of the "popular" crowd are you? Efficiency doesn't exist for them, it must either look good, or be expensive and well known, if both occur then all the better is the common view.

Runescape's Strengths
End of the day, it's stroke for folks, horses for courses, how ever you want to put it, all boils down to personal preference. WoW, I much prefer it, I prefer the combat, I prefer the fact that I'm not essentially reaching level 70-75 in Attack and Def, and then having the choice of basically Veracs, Guthans or Bandos for my average melee stuff. I prefer how in WoW, there's healers, there's tanks, there's DPS (the people who do the damage) meaning everyone has a role, everyone has a specific responsibility and a specific role, not 1 taking the damage and everyone else Nuking Graa'dor style play. RS, yes it is much cheaper, yes it is much more of a personal game, I.e it's played how you want to without focusing on question and combat or PvP, but frankly, the gameplay is [cabbage]e and so is the graphics. I just can't stand games, where you click and wait for the avatar to complete the command, I find it extremely boring. It's all down to personal preference, having played both for approximately 2 years each, I'd choose WoW over RS any day, but that's my preference. If you don't want to pay for Wow, that's fine. But making assumptions on what WoW is without playing it is extremely stupid, and no, like the vast majority of end-game players will say, the trial isn't sufficient to count as "playing it", as it doesn't even compare to end-game content or higher levels where much more content exists.

Making History: The Calm and the Storm
At actually does look very good if leading an entire army or country is your thing, not some little colony or settlement. It also looks incredibly realistic in terms of economics, overall war tactics etc. Is it Mac compatible?

UK operations end in Iraq
There's 2 reasons, already pointed out by Magekillr, a possible potential hold in the worlds most valuble asset and also, Bush practically had him on a leash. It was hardly just to liberate the Iraqi people from a genocide and tyrant of a leader, if so he should be in roughly 5-10 other countries at least by that logic.

Strip Searching A Thirteen Year Old
3. Finally, you're showing some sense. For your sake I hope you aren't this much of a [puncture] off the internet. No I'm not like that, I said it because his ideas before that defied common sense and realism. By sense, I meant showing "common sense". Read through the past comments before slating me.

Strip Searching A Thirteen Year Old
How did you jump from a 13 year old in possession of Ibuprofen to her lighting up in the toilet of an airplane? How is she supposed to get meth through customs and onto an airplane? I really do hate people with your attitude, how is strip searching a 13 year old for Ibuprofen "better for the country"? There is so many ways to handle the situation in question more careful and morally. I really do hope someday you experience a strip search for something so minor to know how embarrassing and aggravating the situation is. it would be "better for the country" because of the possibility of plastic explosives. depending on how much drugs and the size of the container, she could be high and do anything someone told her to do. as for how she would get it on, let me tell you the already blinding flash of obviousness. THEY WOULDN'T STRIP SEARCH HER! You really don't know much about anything you just mentioned there do you? 1. Plastic explosives....... On a 13 year old....... Attending school? 2. Do you know anything about an overdose on Ibuprofen, there is next to nothing similar to a high making a person easily gullible. 3. Let me tell you a blinding flash of obviousness, Drug dogs in all major airports, smoke alarms fitted in all aircraft throughout the plane, and most importantly, the highly unlikely chance of the common person taking meth on an airplane. Your posts are coming across as so ignorant I wouldn't be surprised if you're trolling, otherwise please research before posting such stupidity. Are you even old enough to vote for the "better of the country"? 1: :wall: ok, another flash of the obvious, u can fit plastic explosives into a drug container. 2: :wall: They could put meth into it... 3: :wall: And yet people still manage to smuggle it. And no, I'm not old enough to vote. if I was, I would probably get arrested for voting against Obama. And no, I'm not a troll. 1. You can fit plastic explosives in anything of a reasonable size, but what in the world are the likelihoods of a 13 year old possessing plastic explosives in school, hidden in their underpants, rigged up a detonation device? 2. They could put meth into anything, let me ask you again, what is the likelihood of a 13 possessing Methamphetamines in the shape and appearance of an Ibuprofen pill in school, who has never once has a disciplinary problem before? 3. Do you know anything about drug smuggling, don't respond with any smartass remarks to that, I.e "No, I'm not a drug smuggler". The most common way of drug smuggling is importation through corrupt delivery forms of truck drivers, van drivers or through smugglers using boats / private aircraft. Using domestic flights for drug smuggling? That's plain [developmentally delayed]. It is quite apparent you're not old enough to vote, I doubt your mental capacity at this stage to even know what is "for the better of the country", you only come across as the product of modern day media, where everyone is either on crack or meth and has some form of explosive hidden on them. [/hide] 1: see previous point of her being drugged up. 2: the person you should trust least is the person you trust most. 3: No, im not a drug smuggler. :) anyways, fine, u got me on that one. 1. And yet again I say, Ibuprofen doesn't give a "high" when you take over the presrcibed amount, it just makes you feel very sick. It in no way would make her gullible or "drugged up". 2. Please, stop with this "suspect everyone for anything", it's purely [developmentally delayed]ed in this situation. 3. Finally, you're showing some sense.

UK operations end in Iraq
you don't really know that much do you? Care to point out then what you I think I don't know much about instead of trying to make me look ignorant on the matter? I've been following it since the start, I'd consider myself pretty knowledgeable on the matter.

UK operations end in Iraq
About time Is all I can say, how is it it takes 6 years to stabilize Iraq, yet both world wars were fought in less time, not added together obviously. At least the death toll is relatively low for British soldiers and those associated, only 234. Still though, 234 shouldn't be dead at all if Tony Blair had the balls to say no to Bush.

Swine flu virus
"Worst case scenario, the vast majority of humanity dies. I really don't see what we're all worrying about." Yes, my teacher actually said that today  Ireland's first confirmed case of it was announced today, the infected recently returned from a holiday in Mexico and currently is in isolation, they're taking it very seriously. Slightly Ot but heard this on the radio yesterday [hide=Stupidity of Irish politicians]Radio presenter: Well has the government any way of dealing with this problem Mrs. Harney Mrs. Harney (Politician): Yes, we've been preparing for an outbreak similiar to this for a long time, we've currently many implantations to deal with such a scenario, we're currently testing 3 possible reports of the case RP: Well when can we expect the results? They've been tested since yesterday morning Mrs H: We can't expect them till tomorrow, they're currently being tested on mainland Europe /facepalm throughout Ireland, thought we were prepared for this?[/hide]

Strip Searching A Thirteen Year Old
And that's why certain countries make on-the-spot searches legal now. Yesterday I was walking to school in a hurry, a student who looked like me was caught with drugs there recently. The cops stopped me as they thought I was him, asked could they search me. I said "no, I'm in a rusg", then under "suspicious conduct section 3:14 under the misuse of drugs act" they searched my bag, my clothes, my shoes and my sports bag. The "suspicious conduct" was refusing to the search. Riku, there is such a thing in life called privacy, and I personally don't wont some random person routing through my stuff unless they have a proper reason.

The official World of Warcraft thread.
It's all down to a combination what's best for the guild / my playing ability. In the time I played as Holy, I never seemed to have any major issues with need for improvement in Healing, never even tryed Prot so I don't know. Priority for now would be Epic flyer and getting geared up as my guild is already making it's way through Ulduar and finishing up on Naxxramas.

If your gear is as awful as you say (armory link please?) then 1.1k is fine for lvl 73. (depending on how much you aoe'd). And people are terrible at this game so expect to beat a lot of them. Gear isn't actually as awful as I thought, I'm not sure. I'm still new to the Ret / DPS side of things so can't really say if it's good or not. http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet ... n=Risteard Suggestions would be appreciated anyway. Didn't AoE much as I was having Mana issues to stuck so single targets.

Well, that was fun.
The reason left is commonly accepted over right is, the vast majority of the time the ones will act intolerant or bigotry will be those on the right. It's not that right in general isn't accepted, just the thought of euthanizing people who can't control what they inherit and measuring the value of life in a person's contribution to society is further right than any graph you could produce.

Best online based game?
Well, if you like MMORPG's I would recommend WoW, it isn't overly expensive, the monthly fee is a bit steep but you're getting a constantly updated game with a lot of new content for it, and it's only 15$ a month, collect 50c per day and at the end of the month there you go, another month of it.

The BNP - Nazis or just misunderstood?
There's quite a difference though, BNP isn't a "community" group getting together to socialize. They're a political party with pretty outrageous views on immigrants and immigration in general. The difference being, many of the groups mentioned are get together groups or sites for minorities so they can discuss things relating to their general likes, culture, happenings etc. The other sites are about as racist as me moving to say, Boston and forming an Irish community group where we can get together discuss the Irish sports, have a bit of fun, discuss what's going on at home and other Irish related things in general. The BNP, they get together to discuss how to throw every person who isn't British into the back of a lorry and onto a boat.

The official World of Warcraft thread.
I know, but I'm just trying to get an idea of my first ret performance here since the people I was doing the dungeon with were either slackers or 9 year olds and I really don't trust their opinion on it.

The official World of Warcraft thread.
Guys, quick question. Well, today was my first Dungeon as Ret since I switched from Holy. I'm a poorly geared, new to ret level 73 and I was putting out 1150 DPS in quest greens, some of which are still Holy (Int, Sta, SP) than Ret (Str, Crit, Sta) and I was out DPSing a level 73 DK and a level 78 Hunter. Is this good or could it require improvement? I wasn't using SoM for most of it until the last boss fight. It was UK if that makes any difference.
