wut does running do? Running will burn off the fat on your stomach covering your abs, if you have them. You can do crunches/sit-ups. I advise on getting a workout machine, they work nicely. Or go to a gym. Don't do them three times a week, and the next week do it twice or whatever. Try to do them as much as you can . You won't see instant results, but you'll eventually gain muscle. You can also find something to hold your legs up and do crunches upside down hehe. (You hang down with something holding your front ankle, and behind your calf). Those are pretty hard though My best advice: Don't quit, even if you don't get them. You might not gain muscle, but you'll feel better and lose some fat while you're at it. O:)
