Best range is void; black d'hide or armadyl are pretty situational. For melee, given your budget, it's whip+defender, neitiznot, Torag's/granite (get both) plate, and verac's skirt or dragon plateskirt (get both).

Opportunity cost. With the time it takes you to mine the mith and coal you could've mined iron for the faster xp, used the time saved to make money, buy your ore, and end up with more money than if you mined the mith and coal. Not sure how much money/hour is required for this to work but probably not much.

They are maybe 150k an hour at best. Green dragons and aviansies beat that several times over.

Mine iron then. There's no practical reason to mine anything but iron, granite, and rune in members.

Mining coal and mith are inefficient in P2P; if you want to superheat buy everything.

^Better to pray melee and stand in melee range; miths don't use their range attack if you're in close combat, that's just a myth.

If you really want to you can do them with your current stats; they'd still be better charms than, say, black demons or whatever. Waterfiends are far superior for charms than anything else besides rock lobsters. To Oxi: What about 10% strength? It's not like Piety is the only boost prayer. I tried that and it kinda drains fast and you wanna stay there longer... so er dont use it :P 10% has half the drain of protect from range and banking takes <2 minutes, so it'll increase kills considerably.

Dragon alchs for more than whip. Fury alchs for more than whip. Regen alchs for more than whip. It's not a glitch.

Range hits 30s, accurate on maxed range bonus, and hits everyone. Mage hits upper teens, splashes frequently on Karil's, and hits one person at a time.

Green dragons are by far the best?

I got 22k range xp an hour there at 60 range; for you it would be significantly faster. But ankous are almost certainly better xp than lessers (more spawns and less competition) and perhaps comparable to zombies, making them superior overall due to their better drops. Using iron arrows at zombies is foolish considering that the steel arrows that the zombies drop come very close to compensating the steel arrows that you use up (this is with a range level in the low 60s; at a higher level you will break even), and that all arrows but adamant are hard to sell on the GE. Besides, steel and mith are both very cheap as long as you pick them up.

Grey chins are 2.15gp per xp versus 2.9 gp per xp for red chins if you chin at ape atoll, which is by far and away the best chin spot.

At his 99 defence he could tank them no problem with green d'hide and a leather coif lol. No need for the stream.

You should include prayer potions in your inventories; 5% or 10% range prayer are totally worth it at aviansies.

The way I see it, your once-a-week model isn't working. Very few people post in the Varrock Library, and I don't think a week is enough time for an issue to generate enough discussion. Maybe you should try doing it once every two weeks. And I'm sorry about your grandma.

A number of people at my school know I play RuneScape; no one has ever made fun of me about it though.

Another thing: My friend got 68-69 summoning recently and his summoning rank on the hiscores jumped from 56k to 47k. :lol: EDIT: And you were there when he got it. I was playing his account at his house.

Since i dont use B2P and just normal food to do my trips it would me quite stupid of me to take alot of potions with me and less food. This will mean my trips are going to be shorter and it will result in me getting less profit. And yes the Satves should be kept to sell on the G E, however if you are doing the Guthans or B2P method ou should take along alch runes and alch the Staves. You MUST take potions. This is essential. Potions alone add 5k-15k exp a hour. Even if trips are shorter, you get much mroe exp. You only sacrafice 2 spots for much more exp. EXACTLY. It's faster xp+faster money+time saved which you can use to make more money or do whatever else you want. No pots=stupid.

Traditional melee with a whip or leaf-blade (the latter is better or so I've been told) would beat that by far.

Why would ZS be better? It only trains controlled on crush, the defenses it provides are worthless there. :S SGS is still too slow, and wastes time if you keep hitting low numbers. Best way to use SGS is to use an SS/ZS for your main weapon and switch to the godsword for specials.

Fastest xp I have tested are the level 30 zombies in the SoS. Hobgoblins might be faster though; but I haven't tested it.
