Probably 20-25 minutes (assuming no summon) Use emerald bolts to poison and switch to broad when you see the green cloud. Beast of burden would make a big difference.

1 Range level makes the difference between 90+ and 85+. Bah. Logical fallacies really mean something to people, don't they. it makes a huge difference... "OMFG 4 MAN TEAM MUST HAV 90+ RENGE!" Speed is essential when hybriding DK's. And you'd probably make more money with diamond due to more kills per hour. Though I suppose rune bolts may be better still. Has anyone ever tried them?

It's 70k+ xp per hour with a c'bow. But aviansies are probably more efficient. My experience it's less than that, aviansies are more efficient/less dangerous. Trolls are fun. (well not the forum kind :P) For Sir Hartler it'd be 70k or more. But 45k xp comes from the cannon so at almost any level you'll get a decent xp rate.

Summoning is a wasted skill? #-o Try saying that at 52. Bull ant at 40 is basically as good as the terrorbird; three inventory spaces is not important.

Do you have a magical something called common sense? Of course it's worth the lower defence. You won't be taking hits at all. 4 sharks is way overkill; you might take some damage while getting there but the natural hitpoint generation covers that easily. And zammy brews>super attack. Also, wouldn't it be a good idea to take alch sets?

Only an idiot would try to max out HP before others. And for the idiots who do, there's Pest Control. Don't you think it's rather presumptuous to think the posters on this thread care about your opinion on what skills they should raise? But anyway yeah if you could find a tie world hp xp would probably be pretty good, but the other skills would be a waste of time, zombies would be faster. HP has very little practical use compared to the other combat skills and since you get hp xp while training the others there's no point in specifically training it.

Yes, or even better, Unicorn. Best familiar for boss hunting. EVER. With summoning you'll never see that money again. If you buy a godsword you can sell it back and hopefully get as much money as you paid for. With F2P you will never reap the benefits of summoning. I have no idea where you base your opinions on. With Firemaking, prayer, magic, construction, herblore, smithing you'll never see the money again. This thread is also veering off topic.... he wanted to know what to buy (A BGS or DFS) for slayer purposes. So back on topic... Whip is better because it's faster, especially at your melees. It will speed up slayer exp and combat exp. So wearing a one handed weapon is better, plus you have the bonus of a sheild. People generally only use godswords for boss hunting/pvp combat. Can you sell back summoning levels? I don't think so. Being F2P has nothing to do with it. And yes I'm aware of how benificial summoning is in the long run.

^Qeltar has 99 defence. I don't think it would be a good idea for the OP to tank aviansies with full dragonhide and an unholy book.

Yeah Barrows > Rune in EVERY situation. Hell no. The degrading will shave several thousand gps off your profit/hour that you didn't have to give up. Green dragons barely hit anything; a mid-level player wearing rune could do a load with 10 tunas. The defence is very useful, certainly. But in some cases you simply don't need it.

Steel or mith. Bronze is for very very poor people.

It takes a long long time to get there; no point in taking just 300 casts there lol. Go on a trip to waterfiends or something.

Waterfiends and black demons.

It sucks. If you want to have a chance of finding a team, go all out for offense. Rune defender, glory, warrior helm, warrior ring, etc.

With a black mask melee should be faster, as well as slightly cheaper (I think). You should kill a combo of babies and adults; red d'hides are worth quite a bit.

Stick with aviansies. No other training spot besides chins comes close.
