Be specific? PvP could mean a lot of things. For worlds or BH dragon/diamond, for CW use crystal, for Soul Wars broad or diamond.

Don't ignore cost! Void will save you a fortune if you're chinning, since you're getting more xp/chin.

Aviansies kinda die too fast so your familiar wouldnt even hit it once because of its slow response. The most I made was 300k - 400k in an hour and I think that compfreak guy is exaggerating. All the aviansies have at least 70hp, I think, so even with void, eagle eye, 99 range, and whatever you'll probably take at least 2-3 hits, on average, to kill them. Pressing the call button will cause your familiar to attack after one hit.

Controlled is only best if you're slaying. The best training weapon off-task is Dharok's, which doesn't have a controlled option.

I have better ways (86 mining), I was just wondering if it was still possible to make a decent profit at one of my favorite pastimes (I LOVED barrowing, trying it pretty much any way that I could think of), so it's good to know that it's still decent. Though, about how much is it per trip? How long are your trips?

Unicorn? What about a fighter like a geyser titan? I've been told that it only gets like 2-4k bonus xp an hour, and it does make sense that fighters would make a much smaller difference at aviansies given their low hp, but the bonus a high-level combat familiar yields is so much better that that sort of figure is kinda unbelievable to me.

Decent source of income, maybe 300-350k an hour unless you're really lucky, but there are better ways.

If they won't compromise then stop trying. They want all A's, give them all A's, really the only thing you can do.

Armoured zombies, zombie monkeys, and skeleton gorillas are good spots.

You'd be losing massive amounts of money. Black demons don't drop much. The only things that can maged profitably that I know of are aviansies, green dragons, barrows, and Dagannoth Rex. You might make a profit with melee but prayer potions don't cost much in the first place (like 50k or so an hour).

Raw shark drop rate has also been nerfed apparently.

It's like 5x the cost for a weaker familiar that doesn't last as long. Next thing you know you'll be saying a dragon mace is basically as good as a whip. :notalk: Bull ant pouch costs like 350gp, about the same as terrorbird unless I'm mistaken. And it's like saying a sara sword is basically as good as a whip; there is a significant difference but it's not enormous. EDIT: Just checked. Bull ant costs a whopping 11gp more than t-bird.

Bandos is a waste of money. Use Barrows; better stats and cheaper. Tassets are junk compared to Verac's but I'd consider the chestplate to be superior to Torag/Guthan/Dharok plate. Armoured zombies barely hit anything so you really don't need the defence bonus. Besides, repair costs for plate alone eats 3k off your profit/hour. And bunyip doesn't make that much of a difference since, as I said, they are very weak.
