What the hell? Melee is supposed to be better than range. If anything ranged is extremely overpowered, have you seen a ranged tanker fighting with dragon bolts? Obviously not. The combat skill that is underpowered is mage, on it's own you will never kill another pker, ever.

Neither are better. The best way is training both in the right way. By the way there is a flaw in what you described as the strength wheel, you see people hitting their max hit or 1 below it ALOT more often that you see them hitting something like 5, so it must be alot more complex.

Ip addresses don't even mean that much, i could tell my current one to some very good hackers they could barely do anything.

The only changes that needs to be made are their crowns being removed and their messages not overiding the hide public chat option. Apart from that they are fine.

Why the hell are people saying to report them? What are you going to report them for? You can't report them for rule 7, macroing, because quite simply they aren't. You can't report them for rule 12, rl item trading, because you haven't witnessed them saying that they do that nor have you witnessed them actually doing it. Reporting them for anything else would be pathetic. God, i'd hate to be a chinese dragon slayer who likes to wear addy helmets in this day and age of runescape. The amount of WBM's, sheesh. This post is not about sympathy for the gold farmers, it's about WBM's reporting people when they have no proof of rules being broken. If the WMB's of runescape really did care about runescape they'd do all runescape players a favour and quit. That's my 2 golden peices.

I hate it when people do that, if you're going to report a macro just report them. DON'T spam the chat with 10 messages, spamming is rulebreaking aswell you know.

200k Oak planks(Most of 99 con) - 80m 50k Dragon Bones(99 Prayer) - 90m 50k Yew logs(99 firemaking) - 15m Alches for 99 magic - 15mish Chinchompas for 99 ranged - 35mish And that would leave 15m cash, would probably get 25k steel bars. The sad thing is, whilst i would make such a good use out of 250m - If it were to happen that somebody found 250m on the floor no doubt they would buy a party hat completely wasting it.

I've got an idea, because no more mods can be added how about another chat channel? This time it is properly moderated with all trusted regular visitors trialed as a moderator. If it had good instructions for the moderators it could work well.

If i was a mod... Like i suggested : then there would be little to no spam at all! Ever! I think a few of the regular visitors should be given ranks to kick people. I used to spend all my ingame time on tipitchat(Usally 8+ hours a day), now because of the complete lack of mods and the amount of spam i go to Blogscape. For example, the other day i went in there just to watch the conversations for an hour or 2 and this is all that was talked about: -Drugs -A decompiled runescape client(Against rule 7) -Macroers And some other stuff. There were about 20 people online yet no moderators, some people were saying some really offencive stuff and it made my wish i could just give them a warning to stop.
