Canada has nothing. For university they pretty much just look at your Grade 12 marks, what classes you took, any awards or achievements and extracurricular activities and volunteering.

Say what you will about RS always having a bad community, but you can't deny it's harder to find people to talk to. I remember four years ago the yew trees in F2P were filled with people who you could talk to and joke around with. Now, you're lucky to even find people who will respond to "Wc Levels".

You should be able to get HQ video with 30 or even 24 FPS. Should boost preformance a bit.

Really? In Canada, the best you can get is student loans, which are just lower interest loans. If you live in some provinces you can get a lot of your tuition back on your taxes though. I have a job finally (Dish [bleep], but min wage is $9.50 and soon to be $10, so it pays alright.). I'm supposed to go in for training on Wednesday.

I don't own any "finer pencils." I own your standard, cheap-o mechanical pencils, and whatever excess the rest of my family has (which is usually unusable anyways). Which means I'll have to draw big, then do resizing along with the rest of the digital editing. But I'm okay with that. Does anyone see anything completely and totally wrong with it, or should I keep drawing stuff that way? Oh sorry :oops: Didn't notice how zoomed in the picture was. You can get cheap .5mm mechanicals at the store cheap though. But after zooming out until the lines were the right height, it looks fine. EDIT - Sup steve? RS is good for a free game, but all my friends quit in grade 6 and the community consists of 12 year old [developmentally delayed]s and people who don't talk, because the 12 year old [developmentally delayed]s have annoyed them to the point they only go in private chat. Plus, after H&H, the whole thing seems simplistic. @Stork - I like your style a lot, I'd just suggest to use a finer pencil, if you're planning to make comics.

If your computer is that old, you should probably look at getting a new one. That said, if you have a pci-e 16x slot, you could buy a Radeon 5550, which would easily play runescape.

^This, if you're going with sandy bridge (i7 2xxx). It's definitely worth the wait. A slightly overclocked 2600k (It's incredibly easy to OC it) destroys a 980x.

I think you're forgetting this is a Ati 6550, as in it's a whole naming cycle old.

The problem with literacy rates and such is everything just gets too hard to manage. I like the system we had going in A time for glory, where you submit a proposal, give 3 reasons, and the mod approves/denys it.

Try plugging one in the front and one in the back. You can get USB 2.0 PCI cards dirt cheap too if you want.

The 560 should be enough for now. I'm not sure the exact needs video editing has, but the 560 is a seriously powerful card for the price. And yeah, I wouldn't mess with overclocking unless you know what you're doing. The 960 is already clocked at 3.2Ghz, so OCing it shouldn't even be necessary.
