1500 is not at all restrictive for a good computer, especially since the monitor is bought. Ill post a win build later. EDIT - How soon do you need this? Sandy bridge processors are far faster, but intel dun goofed on the chipsets for the motherboards. A fix should be out by march, and it'd be worth the wait.

The one market WP7 could go after is the business market, and if nokia can make a phone that rivals the blackberry and integrates well with windows, it could sell well.

.... If you only play RS, get this ASUS 5550 1gb If you play other games, get this. I can max SC2 with this and 4xAA and never go under 30fps. It's only $140 after MIR, and I'm dieing inside not being able to grab another and SLI them. Don't get that card, it's a new edition of the GTX 460 that is less powerful.

Debatable, although if we play with 8 of us, maybe not. Vicky2 is still $20, and I don't feel like buying it again. I say the best option now is everyone buys EU3 off steam, seeing as it's still cheap.

Not likely. What are your computer specs? That could be the problem. Go to run, type in 'dxdiag'. Screenie the first page and the display tab. Post here.

If your monitor has DVI, it's better to use a HDMI - DVI cable.
