Troop upkeep will be a factor, as keeping troops in the trenches and ready for battle requires supplies. There will be initial training/building costs, but no deployment costs per battle. As for Nations, Brazil is on the Allied side of the war. New Iberia (Spain), China and Japan are the only major independents. I haven't got the whole map/back story ready, so other minor independents will be playable. For balancing reasons, India will be a satellite of Britain.

Don't worry, just make sure the computer is unplugged, and that you ground yourself by touching the case. You are probably 1000x more likely to hurt yourself by cutting your hand on the case than you are to fry yourself.

Looks nice. Although if you want to play Black ops, you may want to look at a 460 1gb. This one is only $30 more, and will make a considerable difference. Plus in a year you can pick up another on clearance and SLI them. Two 460s easily beat a 480 in most games. Also, if you receive a monitor with a stuck pixel or dead pixel, it isn't considered a defect and you will either have to pay to RMA it or live with it. EDIT - Just noticed the 600w PSU, two cards may be pushing it. It's still a great upgrade though

If you're using vegas, you may want something with a real graphics card. Unfortunately you can't find good prebuilts under $800 with a dedicated card. If you want to try to DIY, I can put a build together for you.

I may have had a streak of bad luck. The first one had a Red pixel in the middle, and the second one had a black one on the edge, which I almost missed. Better not to risk a $20 RMA shipping charge and buy from a store IMO.
