iPod Touch 2G not letting me purchase music
Hmmm. Are you trying to buy with a gift card? You can't select no payment option on the iPod itself.

Verizon Phone
Damn Americans. We just got the Droid 1 in Canada a couple weeks ago, and it doesn't look like 2 will be here for a while.

Syncing multiple (4) iPhones to one iTunes account
Don't sync. When you connect the phones, cancel the first sync and uncheck all of the sync boxes. Then you can just drag what apps, music and videos you want to your phone.

Extremely Laggy When Playing Runescape
I read this somewhere; if the animation in RS is choppy, you have a hardware problem, but if the graphics move fine and the game is just unresponsive, its a network issue.

Is Pentium D worth it?
Yey, another one. Crap quality? Do they break more often than Intel? Do they burn up more often than Intel? Or do they come in two pieces when you pack it up as compared to Intel? Please let me know, because i haven't read during the last few years that AMD cpu tend to blow up more often than Intel. AMD produces good cpu's for the low-mid range. No, but above $150, Intel CPUs constantly outperform their equally priced AMD counterpart. I would spend the extra to get the Pentium, but it all depends on the HDD space, he may be better off buying an extra 500gb HD for that price. Running Windows 7, one core is pushing it. Of course you also want to look at the graphics chips it the models, an old semperon mobo may not even have lagless video. Also check the RAM and see if it is upgradable, W7 needs 1.5Gb, but I wouldn't want to run it on anything less than 3. I don't believe that Pentium D was built around the same architecture as Pentium IV, but I could be wrong about that. @Tim - I'm not sure about instability, but I know that the AMD x6 processors get blown away in almost every field by Core i7, and that is only going to get worse once Sandy Beach becomes available.

Would this be a decent computer?
What's the power supply on it? If it's 350+ you can get a low power graphics card cheap that will do a better job than Intel GMA.

A Time For Glory
Hi again everyone. I'm really sorry, but I don't think I'm going to be able to mod this game. I feel really bad about this, but I know I just don't have the dedication to keep up with all the responsibilities a mod has. I now understand how difficult it is for everyone who has run a game before, and have an even greater respect for them. It's not fair to you all for me to drag the game out when I know I won't be able to run it to the full extent of it's potential. Once again, I'm sorry for letting you down, and I hope you can forgive me for wasting your time. If someone wants to keep running this game, I can send them the Excel sheet and all of my maps.

A Time For Glory
Hey guys. Sorry for being gone for so long. I was kinda busy with family things, but im back now and dedicating myself to this. Seeing as nothing really happened the last few days, day two begins tomorrow, and hopefully it'll be smooth sailing from there.

A Time For Glory
@Grim. Yes, any kind of project counts. @Rocco. No, it's price per province. @Tech. I'll consider it. It would probably cost about half the cost of regular troops. One more note, Tomorrow doesn't count as a turn, because I assume most people are busy with family things. If I didn't approve a project of yours, Ill be back on later tonight to finish up.

A Time For Glory
The slower time-frame allows more accurate war and means we wont have people researching nukes in 3 weeks.

A Time For Glory
I've read all the PM's, and there is something I have to clear up. 1 turn is equal to 3 Game months. The budget resets every year, or 4 turns. One turn is equal to 1 day irl. Also, remember you can only have to research projects and two infrastructure projects running at once.

A Time For Glory
Project 1 approved. Project 2 approved with a cost increase to 750,000£ for each nation, and with the understanding the that the technology will be researchable by other Nations for a lower price once it has been deployed. Note that you may only have two active research projects and two active projects at once.

The moment you have all been waiting for - The game will begin officially in around 5 minutes. All budgets are up, I don't have one for Tigertank or Aeon, as they haven't confirmed a nation.

Result needs an actual statistic if you want it to affect your stats. For example, if you want the first project to give you + .02 Industry a year, you need to say that. For the second one, it doesn't need a stat, but will be taken into consideration when I create rebellions and such.
