I'm going to throw my vote in with there are no gods. There very well could be some form of deity out there, but from what we know about the universe there is little reason to believe there is one, and even less reason to believe in a specific god. As for the bible, I find it curious how as technology and human understanding progress, more and more of it becomes 'metaphorical'. If there is a god, why has he never shown himself? Why would he give humans free will then demand they follow his moral code? The bible states that god created 2 sources of light; the sun and the moon. We now know that the moon only reflects light, and isn't a source of it. If the bible is really the word of god, why would he be wrong about that? I could go on and on about the contradictions in the bible, but then I would be typing all night.

That's ridiculously expensive. Is $180k over 4 years really a reasonable price for a degree?

If someone goes missing, the police can just ask Facebook who they've been talking to and find out where they might be. Or have evidence in court or something. It's not like they have a guy sitting there reading your conversations. So you'd be fine with the phone company keeping recordings of your phonecalls?

I went golfing for the first time this year today. I scored a 74 on a 9 hole course, which for those of you who don't play golf is just horrible. It was still fun though.

What do those of you who are Ron Paul supporters think of Gary Johnson? He's running for the Libertarian Party's nomination. His views are like Ron Paul's, although he is more socially progressive. I know third party candidates are never taken seriously in American elections, but he does seem like a good alternative to Obama and Romney. If I were American I would probably reluctantly vote for Obama or a third party candidate depending on whether my state was a guaranteed Democrat win or not.

Treyarch's games have all had absolutely terrible hit detection. MW3's is pretty bad compared to MW2/COD4, but it's still better than any Treyarch game. I don't even enjoy MW3 online anymore anyways though, BF3 is infinitely more fun to me. That said I'll be buying Blops 2 for the Zombies mode only.

I'm finding it insanely difficult to shoot down helis with the stinger now. The lock on takes about 15 seconds, and even if I get all 3 off the heli normally isn't destroyed.

Isn't the final weapon in gun game a Javelin? Seems like an awfully difficult last gun. I've been messing around with the M60E4 for a fair bit now. It's pretty awesome down narrow corridors (e.g. Hardhat, Seatown) with Rapid Fire and a grip. Not sure if Kick reduces more recoil than a grip though. for private matches you can set all the guns in gun game. im sure not even iw is retarded enough to make a javelin the last gun in a public playlist also im sure the grip on the m60e4 is better than kick Grip is way better than kick.

Are you still liking that laptop (It was the ASUS one, right)? I'm contemplating getting either the latest revision of it, a Sager or building a HTPC for the flatscreen I'm getting.
