Oh man it's been like 6 years since I last played this. And the great Republic of Sporktopia is born. I'd be down for a tip.it region.

I've gone back to BF3 again, and I'm really starting to like it now that I've got the basic unlocks done. Next purchase will be the Victoria II expansion pack on Thursday.

Is there something specific I should be looking for? All the ones I've played on switch between all maps.

Play Black Ops. Everyone who still plays is awful, I was running a steady 2 kdr messing around. How does the weapon carryover thing work? I'm about to prestige, and I'm not sure if I should go for that or another class slot.

It's kinda annoying how there aren't any B2K map only servers on Xbox. Anyone know how long you have to quit a game before it counts as a loss?

The MK-14 is an amazing gun. 2 hit kills at any range means you win at any medium - long distance range and even beat out smgs at close range. Only thing it has trouble with is shotgun close range, and an MP9 or dual FMGs solve that problem. You are the reason for my broken battery pack :P

The law disagrees. Sorry gents but copying deprives the rightful owners of cash you're supposed to pay for the use of the product. Strictly speaking you're taking an item (or a copy!) and not paying for its use. That's theft. I'm getting the impression here that the word 'thief' makes some a little uncomfortable and so a little word playing has commenced. Would you prefer me to use the term pirate instead? Either way you put it it's still illegal :) But theft implies something is taken. Nothing has been taken from the artist. If I take a picture of a painter's painting, I haven't stolen it from him, I've made a copy.

I can't stand PS3 controllers. They're way to light, made for small hands, and the left stick is in an awful position. The D pad is hard to use too. For Xbox, I just use the standard controller. Those madcatz knockoff controllers never feel right.

Recon drones are the only thing in the game that remotely represent teamwork. How about you quit [bleep]ing about them and shoot them down... The only time I can enjoy this game anymore is with a full lobby of friends.

Nice build and good luck. Going with the wifi adapter is a good decision imo, I've had bad experiences with powerline adapters. They won't work in some houses, and although the speeds are relatively fast, I found I had awful ping a lot in games while playing with one, and the connection would cut out from time to time.

You did buy it new, yes? So the Gamestop employee said when asked, since I was suspicious that the plastic was gone (the entire shelf was that way). Either way, major dick move on the part of EA. I really want to play this game, but out of sheer principle I don't think I can. I will not pay an extra $10 to USE a product I already bought. Go to Gamestop and demand a new one. And for that matter, never accept a game from Gamestop without the plastic on, ask for a new one from behind the desk. And hell, for that matter, don't buy from Gamestop at all.

Got up at 5pm today, oh the joys of getting 2 weeks off for exams. Went bowling earlier, and now I'm enjoying some sloppy joes,The most amazing leftovers ever. All in all a good day so far. I'd go to your school/division's administrator and make them aware of Youtube saftey mode. Youtube used to be blocked at our school, then they introduced saftey mode and they unblocked it. All it does is completely block 18+ videos and hide comments, but it might be enough to make them reconsider.

It is in Canada at least. And I believe in the states, there is a minimum wage for waiters, it's just less than the "normal" minimum wage - they can't be paid less than that. I could be wrong though. I think it depends on the province. Here in Manitoba waiters are paid minimum wage regardless of their tips.

Only in the tavern could a relationship discussion turn into a debate on semantics... Anyways, I'm off school for a couple weeks for exams. When is the next Crossroads session? I kinda want to sit in and see how it's played.

I like our system here much better. All they look at is the percent average of your grade 12 Math, English and 2 other 'real' classes (i.e. Sciences, History, Band, etc.). Or if you want to skip first year university and go straight into your major, you need a certain mark in certain classes. For Engineering at the University near me, which is what I'm aiming for, you need an 85% average in your grade 12 Pre-Cal, Physics and Chemistry, with no class below 65%. Plus we don't have those SAT's, which seem hellish.

Yeah. It's still tonnes of fun, although conquest kinda sucks with only 24 players.

I always tip pizza deliverers 5% or to the nearest $5, depending on how I'm paying. That is as long as they don't take forever.

Not anywhere close to evenly. Where I work my tips work out to about $2 an hour, while the waiters are going home with double to triple their wage in tips.

What I dislike is how people are expected to tip even when the service is bad or average. Plus I don't understand why waiters get the tips, when they probably do the least work.
