  1. Yes. The CD contains drivers for the machine.
  2. You can only have that if you kill PvP or bring back RWT. Having a small chance (because if it was large it would open the door to RWT) at what your opponent was risking would kill PvP. I think they should just implement it but with a limit to stop people(if any one still does)75k. I'm not sure I understand.

  4. TigerDirect If Newegg wants my business they can simplify their search.
  5. A great account considering you do what you find entertaining. Whereas you see the many posters on this forum mainly out to reach a destination of enjoyment without having some along the way. It's as if you have to have multiple maxed levels or hundreds of millions to even post on Rate This! Perhaps offering some criticism when giving a lower rate would aid the original poster in progressing his account. Forgive my ignorance if this is considered the norm in Rate This! these days. I have not ventured here in awhile, but I know it was not so when joined; everyone sees 'sucks/10' and begins to post a similar trite message.
  6. Oh my. I can't even imagine the level of work that must have taken.
  7. From the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
  8. I don't know the way to explain it. You know when you're ranging and because of the emotion, you're standing in one spot while firing, but then you speed up your run to catch up to where you should have been? It follows the same principles and comes in handy when you have your own flag. I usually stand on the north or south wall and when people click to get close to me I sweep away to the stones. Their click to attack me is rendered useless, giving me a few seconds to hop away. Basically it stalls the game and makes you jump ahead like veng or saftey first emote would do. Yes.

  10. New CW setup. Kudos if you know where, in-game, I shot those images. Was waiting for ZGS to crash before buying one and earlier today, they did! 8-) [hide=] [/hide]
  11. [hide=] Price manipulators and macroers are very different. I have heard from many people on this board that price manipulating clan chat leaders often cheat other users out of their money. How is that not scamming? Also using autotyper is not exactly macroing, but i think i read using it is against the rules. If it's not i would like to see some proof. Even so they are flooding the chat, which is against rules. Nothing is being done directly to cheat people out of their money. Rather, a price manipulator advises people what to buy and sell. It is up to these users to use their knowledge, provided both in-game and on the Grand Exchange, to make a decision; it is not against the rules. Autotyping is against the rules but it is not reportable unless a) they admit to using one or B) begin to type non-game related spam. I shall quote again. Jagex is not stupid they know if someone is using an autotyper or not and those advertisers have been muted many a time for using one. They also tell the people to buy the item and at what price to buy it. They don't suggest it they tell it. It may be up to the users to make the buy but they lie to the players and give them false information that encourages a very bad buy. Lying to players and tricking them is scamming therefore it is against the rules. @Sirhemen: Continue to report them as much as you like. It does not say in the KB you can't report for autotyping nor has a J mod said so. As Jagex says P mod are no more than their eyes and ears in game so what they say is not law unless they quote the KB. [/hide]Once again, I shall reiterate. Autotyping is against the rules. You cannot report someone for autotyping under the circumstances you name because there is no evidence to back up your claim. You can report someone you think is autotyping under disruptive behavior. Price manipulation is not against the rules and, if you like, I can find multiple sources to back up this claim. Advertising a clan chat is not against the rules and doing so repeatedly is not against the rules. Spam is against the rules. The given picture does not break any rules as per the KB and multiple other sources. If a user believes that something is spam it falls under their discretion and the staff acting upon that. Addressed to SirHemen, Rules and laws governing a society evolve over time usually following recent events. Rules have little leeway. For instance, they do not take into consideration multiple variables that a person may.
  12. You can report players advertising a clan chat excessively if you wish. Atmosphere and the community trumps the rules.

  14. Well manipulating is against the rules and they are promoting people to do it. Price manipulation is not against any rules. But flooding chat (Unnecessary messages) is. And that's what majority price manipulator clan chats do when they advertise at G.E. But it is not considered spam as per the rules. If you wish to take action you may do so. Further action may be taken by Jagex staff at their discretion. Price manipulators and macroers are very different.
  15. Well manipulating is against the rules and they are promoting people to do it. Price manipulation is not against any rules. Autotyping is not reportable unless they specifically admit to using one. Advertising a clan chat or buying/selling an item is not against the rules.
  16. Erm. As far as I know, it's not against the rules.

Why hello there Daniel Craig. Looks good.
  18. The fastet P2P melee experience is using the Dragon 2H Sword's special in a combat rink.
  19. To reiterate, this has the potential to occur with every creature.
  20. I wouldn't at all be surprised if they were just laughing at all the users scurrying around, panicking at the slightest hint of an update.
  21. 3rd Age just shot back up again.
  22. A serious case can cause scarring which doesn't diminish with shorter hair.
  23. If you get a shorter haircut pimples will actually start to diminish. I would get a short, clean haircut.
  24. That can't work without RWT or killing PvP. In the older days, you got exactly what your opponent was wearing. This was not an issue, as no one expected any more or any less. Now if you implemented that in this PvP system no one would PK. Why? Because it doesn't guarantee you the worth of your opponents drops (it would have be seldom that you received the full amount, to counter RWT), you would only get a slight chance.
  25. That won't fix your problem as anyone can still see the network with the proper software. You're going to have to change your network key to keep people out. I can't believe it would go down for a few weeks. If I change my key it's done in a few seconds. And once the router is yours, it's yours. No one should be charging you extra for features on it, as no company then owns it.
