  1. No...no it does not. +15 Ranged Attack and +10 Magic defense. I don't know if you can count, but son, that to me says that it strengthens rangers against mages. lol. Most mages don't rely solely on magic, as it's best not to. Because this amulet doesn't give bonuses to other defensive stats, it makes them more vulnerable to melee and ranged attacks. If they, the magicians, do not bring a melee or ranged weapon, they should be losing because they are opposite the triangle. Another +5 ranged attack with lesser defensive stats seems like a major drawback to me.
  2. This amulet strengthens mages against rangers.
  3. I'm just assuming that the 5% is taken off from missing hits and lowered maximum hits; there's no way I'm doing an experiment. :? EDIT: Bedman has a whole chart dedicated to the subject.
  4. Hawk eye>>>>>>>eagle eye. It wastes WAY less prayer. Let's say you use 30,000 chinchompas to 99 ranged. 5% of that is 1,500 chinchompas. Given the current prices of red chinchompas, which is 852gp, you would have to expend another 1,278,000 gp to make up for not using eagle eye. That is the equivalent of one hundred prayer potions at four doses and the resulting loss of time you lost expending those extra chinchompas. Which, if you're getting 250exp/red chinchompa at a rate of 325k/hour, would be a loss of an hour and ~fifteen minutes. Say I make 500k/hour, that brings the total up to 1,903,000 or about 150 prayer potions at four doses. There's no way that using hawk eye over eagle eye results in a 150 prayer potion (4) difference.
  5. Sprint is CDMA and I thought the Pre was only CDMA at the moment. If it's not GSM compatible, you can't use it on T-Mobile anyway.
  6. Stringing bows is quicker. Cutting them is more afkable.
  7. Spread them out. Only one skeleton can rise from a square at a time. All of those bones you build up over those two spots will only spawn two skeletons, whereas you could be spawning nine at a time. I don't use any special there, but excalibur>SGS>dragon 2H.
  8. If you need it now, buy it now; I don't think there will be a major price drop that quickly and certainly not several hundred dollars. The laptop he suggested would not fit the bill for L4D.
  9. Potions should be four dosed. :D
  10. True. They've dropped 100% in their street price recently, so holding onto one is not a wise choice.
  11. EP drops depending on what you get, I believe. There is like a set minimum though, so even if you get something like a warrior helmet, your EP will still drop 25% whereas if you got a Zaros Statuette it would drop more. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
  12. I know how you feel. I cannot use my smithing brawlers in the wilderness for five minutes before a group comes along. It wouldn't be so bad, as I bring like four brews with me, but multiple people barrage while two of them use their dragon spear specials on me which prevents me from eating/drinking/teleporting. Bounty (+1) worlds are great for keeping your brawlers but there is always a clan near the ruins. :(
  13. Edibles have gone down by like 100% this week. I'd wait before buying one.
  14. Without looking at other laptops, it would certainly suit your needs. The graphics card is enough to play Left 4 Dead and the weight and battery life look good for work. Generally, extended warranties from manufacturers aren't worth what you pay for them. But I usually buy them because I cannot afford to be without my laptop for long periods of time. When do you need it? There will be several price drops on the Core 2 Duo lineup in Intel's fourth or first quarter.
  15. Would be nice. Hope the European Commission doesn't have any discrepancies.
  16. Ghostly Warriors offer decent experience.

  19. Good luck. Good to see someone take an interest in runecrafting. :)
  20. Seems to be. Everyone is offering to buy mine. :?

Training them separately results in faster experience, within margin. For instance getting 99 attack while having 90 strength would be useful because you would hit more often while getting 99 strength. The same applies for getting 99 defense except with the positivities of attack and strength. For the average player however, it would not be wise to get 99 attack with 50 strength and defense.

Yes, I was just curious because I was thinking of three different ways to say it. :-k Not that I would be actually saying it.

How do you pronounce 'Armadyl?' I was thinking it was: arm-I-dill.
  24. Giving out your IP address to random people is like giving out your social security number. But I've never been in an IRC channel for more than five minutes, so it's not like I know much about those. Sorry you got DDOSed.
  25. I'm sure these boys, the younger lads, were and are perfectly normal. Especially if these children have never been taught the mechanics of sexual activity, cannot discern right from wrong, and to add to the pile, they were being coerced by older children; if you're going to judge them, it should be under the circumstances they were presented by. Breaking into houses when you're nine or ten years old is not normal, the circumstances may very well be, but that does not make the child abnormal.
