Exactly what Tripsis said. The mod team can deal with the spam anyway, it always gets removed eventually. And if there is a spammer posting dangerous links etc, people always spam the topic with warnings, so there's no real threat to users.

Swearing, when used properly, can be very funny. If it's used in moderation and with proper comic timing, there is nothing better. There was a comedian who told jokes where the punchline was just an expletive, and it really wasn't funny at all.

The first tihng I noticed is your colour pallete. :P The colours on the majority of those sigs work very well. You have good blending and good composition. Nice work.

It looks ok, but it needs more depth. Also, I don't like that part where the c4d just stops, and it creates and straight line. I assume that's where the c4d ends.

Although it seems like a good idea, this would probably drive away the people who register with the intention of actually becoming part of the community. Plus there's usually a moderator on to deal with the spammers. Doesn't RSC have something like this?

I never liked Salad Fingers. All my friends thought it was great, but they were the type who tried to be 'random' and 'post-modern'. I think Salad Fingers just tries too hard to be random, it's just not funny.

I'm definitely a cat person. I just prefer them. A lot people will argue that cats aren't as loyal etc etc That's just how I like them. Dogs require far too much effort, my cats have their own space and will come to me if they want to, they're not just some blindly obedient pet like some dogs can be. Plus, my sister's cat climbs ladders. So there.
