The left arm (the fretting arm) is incorrect. The lower arm needs to be moved up slightly (as the joint allows). I know isn't really anatomically correct, but look at his pose.

The sword needs to be cleaned up, make it look like a JaGEx weapon, rather than just a resized screenshot. Good job though, it's technically accurate. :D

I meant that image ^. It's already saved as a .jpg, so you'll need to get the screenshot again. Make sure you just paste it into Paint and save as a .png on the dropdown menu.

It's just the servers, the lag comes and goes it's part of life on the intarwebz.

Make the dimensions smaller. 400(width) x 150(height) Resize the render slightly as well to still fit.

You can just select a little space extra above where you want to record, and crop the 'unregistered hypercam2' part out, leaving a nice frame.

Why does it matter if IE isn't as good? That's nothing to do with the signature. I think it looks pretty nice, and both of them actually look pretty decent. Usually inverting looks terrible.

You don't even need to leave your house. Look out of your window. Take in the cityscape. A lot of people think only natural places are beautiful, but cities can be just as magnificent. Appreciate the effort that took to build all the buildings, look at the architecture etc. Then let your mind wander, start to think what things would look like if they were blown up or derelict. Start to imagine what an alien version of your view would be. Just go crazy, there's no limit. You don't necessarily need to go anywhere for inspiration.

Love it. The anecdotes are the funniest parts. The one scene that sticks in my head is where the four guys are on a boat, playing an 'I didn't do this' game. Peter ends up going through loads of random things because Quagmire has done them all, like 'I never gave a reacharound to a spider monkey whilst reciting the pledge of allegience', then Quagmire pass out, and they write 'penus' on his chin. I lol'd at that. South Parks works on a more satirical level, though.

It's not hard, but I'm quite suspicious.
