not sure closest, but getting a runner is letting a runner get all the iron ore for free by trading you. You are in the mining spot. Runner trades you, getting all the ores off you and banks them. Rinse and repeat.

DO NOT buy a karil bow. Try rune c'bow, lot better in everything. And yes, bolt racks are expensive AND unretrievable. For cheap training, Drgeshuun x-bow.

I would actually say fire cape. WHY? Because it helps you by getting you faster 99's, since a fire cape has better stats than a untrimmed capee, and better than skill capes (t) if you don't need to pray. So.... FIRE CAPE!
