Very quick and simple question : Can you make house tele-tabs with a dust rune, soft clay and a law?

I did not get anything about the "earned potential of X/All" but I'll telling you this making house tabs while wearing a earth staff/air staff is about 300k gp an hr. However if you can use dust runes to make the teletabs that would be the best choice.

Mage Guild Bank all the way deep down in wildies. I gained Ep as i cooked by risking 75k (gp) and turned protect item on so i would keep brawlers. Its only a click away from bank and you light ur own fires. I rarely got pked when i was there and I got like 600k exp in the half hour i got to use them :0

I want 85 ranging from 79 and I want it fast. Therefore i will try chinning the skeles at ape atoll which i hear is more cost efficient than mummies. Can anyone please explain to me how to maneuver them into a 9x9 or to get them around me for that matter. IF anoyone could as suggest a guide that would also help.Ty

Sure by maging all of the melee brothers (guthans and veracs rock method, dharoks and torags pray), and by meleeing Karil's and Ahrim's (with prayer) you can do it. However it won't be efficient much :/
