eh...try maging kree then you will see why range is in the game...umm no i don't recommend that you melee kree...lol on top of allowing you to deal great damage from afar, range is also in this game to balance it up...the combat triangle if you know what i'm talking about...without range magers would be freezing meleers and meleers would be...dead but with range, *whips out dark bow for ownage*

money-wise a regret would be not buying up all the rares i could back in rs classic and not selling my santas when the ge came out...god knows how much i lost altogether...other than that i don't have any other significant regrets...my view is that one shouldn't cry over spilled milk...anything done is done so move on from it to the next goal you wish to achieve...

for me to complete runescape would mean being maxed out on every skill...99 i mean not 200M since there won't be any difference in what you can do or how fast you can do them...AND also to have experienced every single aspect of the game, all the mini games, quests, explored all the places, soloed all the bosses... the cool thing about rs is that it keeps updating which is what attracts me to it over games like Maple or WoW where the only objective is to kill, train, kill, train, kill train...kinda gets boring after a while...even the quest they give involve killing...with runescape continually updating, the game will never end for me which is the reason why i'm still playing this game 6 years on...keep expanding the game jagex! actually i was wondering how jagex would expand the levels...i mean in time to come lots of ppl will achieve the awesome 2376 total and i wonder if they will raise the bar to level 150 or 200 or maybe cause players to sort of like evolve and become a superior class but their skills in that class start from level 1 again...though...i think this is similar to an online game called MUD =S

certain skill capes are certainly less respectable than others...i am 100% sure that a 99 runecrafter spent more time and concentration on getting his 99 than a 99 chief did... other skills are meant to show off how rich a person is such as con and perhaps summoning...imo the most respectable skill cape would be slayer followed by runecrafting...both require time, LOADS of time and concentration but i rank rc as second cause from 91 to 99 rc there is a great incentive to train rc but for slayer the only incentive is the cape...the drops that you get from slayer monsters are random no profit is guaranteed while for rc at least 600k/hour is guaranteed after 91...

i think the degrade time for fog items is faster than that of barrows =S they should make it 15 hours too...or allow us to use cash to repair the equipment just like how barrows work!

yea ive more than 500 sup sets sitting in my f2p bank...all from the herbs and seeds i got from manage thy kingdom...if i got 500 kwuarms, candantines and irits potions sitting in my bank doing nothing cause its just not worth it to sell, just imagine how many other low level herbs i have put on the ge...

i think jagex changed it so that the slayer master can give you the same task consecutively...good and bad i guess depending on whether u like the task...the thing is that after doing it for 5 times in a row you feel like blocking it but you know that you will want to do it again in future...=S

lmao i'm amazed at how long the defenders are taking you guys...4000 tokens for a bronze?! maybe jagex was trying to poke fun at you while monitoring you through their system =P i think it only took me about 1.5-2 hours to get from nil to 3 rune defenders =[)

red sallys would be better till you are at least 70 hunter...then you could try moving on to red chins =) use Zarfot's hunter guide to help you...he is a real pro lol...i'm awed by him even though i've never even seen him before

it is absolutely not practical to use a crystal bow for 250 shots then drop it and change another one even if you are richer than me >.> and rune xbows have the added advantage of using bolts with special effects...if you use dragonstone runite bolts the damage you can hit is quite amazing...even if you chose to use diamond bolts instead you can easily hit into the 30s when you spec...and if you are boss killing ruby bolts can hit up to an amazing 51 damage...

depends on which slayer master you are using as your "small fry"...

i've calculated it and 5m is more than enough for 99 cooking...provided you sell back your cooked fish to other people...when i calculated using tunas you will get 100exp per tuna and the cost difference between cooked and raw is 40gp so that is 0.4gp per exp...assuming you have around 1M cooking exp already which is around lvl 70 i think you will only require 0.4 X 12100000 = 4.84M...that is using tunas though...

oh and crystal bow degrades over time so unless you are going to be buying lots of them and using till they are 9/10 before throwing them away the rune xbow would definitely be better...rune xbow gives 90 range bonus with unholy book that will be 98 bonus...dark bow only gives 95 range bonues while crystal bow gives 100 but only at 10/10...and i think if you use runite bolts you will definitely be able to hit harder than crystal bow...

yup all these are the best for their respective inventory slots just note that you can't wield unholy book and crystal bow at the same time...i would think that unholy book with rune xbow and dragonstone bolts would out perform crystal bow by a mile...

are you sure your eyes weren't playing tricks on you and that the exp was really double? i doubt the person you are assisting would wear the gloves in the first place since it is of no benefit to him but i'm not absolutely sure about this....

thats if you only want fishing exp...fly fishing is fastest for f2p...if you want a bit of cash and exp then try lobbies...

i would suggest buying the seeds and planting them instead...i know there is a slayer monster which drops quite a lot of limps but i forgot which one it was...cockatrice? =S

i doubt you can make much by merching barrow equip....after all their prices are either dropping a bit or stable unless some new update comes such as the introduction of the kalphite king which drops the dragon plate then veracs armour will definitely be more expensive than guthan =P lol but that is not very likely in the near future...

slay all the way to raise combat...you don't want to have your combat maxed out and then decide that you want to get 99 slayer...it will be a waste of combat experience...unfortunately for me i started membership when i was well over 90 in cb level so now im almost maxed out with 2 more str levels and 3 more magic levels but with 14 more slayer levels? >.< going to have to waste tons of combat exp on slayer if i want to get the slayer cape...

join a pc clan like heart unit or sometimes there will be people trading for 110+ worlds just join them...

i've not tried sumona cause i'm f2p now but i used chaeldar up till around 110 cb lvl cause she gave quite a lot of dagg task while duradel gave more metal drags and i was aiming for slayer exp not cash...and duradel tends to give very large amounts of monsters which may be tiresome for you at your level...50 iron drags takes me around 3-4 hours already meleeing...what about 150 metal drags =S you could get bored...easily =P

or you could try some irc channels...don't know of one specially for mutes though lol

i heard that there are flax spawns near the elf village too...not sure how they compare to neitz though...but lumby shd be one of the fastest for SPINNING

it's hard to tell...they might go up with jagex made the santas look nicer...if they made all the rares look nicer it is logical that more people would want to buy it to look nice in the game especially rich f2pers...the graphical looks of rares definitely affect them...when RS2 came out the price of masks dropped steeply against santas cause their appearance was much uglier compared to santas...it could happen again this time or the tables could turn...its anyone's guess
