  1. A friends 5/6 hour trip: I've had a horrible drop rate thus far. 2 effigies in probably 8+ hours. Hoorah.
  2. Josh, great article! A very enjoyable read. My PM's always on if you need a friend. :)
  3. You haven't missed a thing. If you read the thread you'll see they haven't released any names yet..The whatever-million they released was back in 2010.
  4. Longer names would be cool. I'd rather the ability to have a longer name than a Prefix/Suffix.
  5. The name "Star" hasn't been changed in several months; there's no "Last known as..." icon next to their name.
  6. I still have you to thank for letting us know about that and enabling me to get my awesome display name  Thanks from me also. <3: You're both welcome - I'm after a new name also!
  7. They already released names, that was nearly two years ago. They'll be releasing the rest of them next.
  8. Quick find code: 250-251-53-63556915 [qfc]250-251-53-63556915[/qfc]

Lag is just a term that's used loosely to cover many aspects of performance issues, with every game. People don't specifically mean with their internet connection, but the game itself lagging. Lag isn't a definition purely related to internet connection, no matter where it's used. 1. to fail to maintain a desired pace or to keep up; fall or stay behind: After five minutes of hard running, some of them began to lag. 2. to move or develop slowly, as toward a goal or objective, or in relation to an associated factor (often followed by behind) : to lag behind in production. 3. to delay or fail in reaching full development: The factory lags regularly in making its quota." I know since the nuke I've been suffering from perfomance issues, both with the game and lag on RuneScape itself. I'll fail to move, although everyone's still swaying, and after a few seconds everyone will run about. I honestly don't see the necessity in this thread.
  10. I'm guessing with the new flasks, it will be easier to obtain?
  11. Isn't this very old news...?
  12. Nope earlier this month I actually posted on a RSOF thread it looks like daedric lol, and tbh the new leather armor reminds me of Skryim too The Dragon armour now is essentially the same as armour from Daemonheim?
  13. [hide=The Actual Video] [/hide] If you go to the page, you'll see the lyrics + a link to the original song.
  14. [hide]http://puu.sh/f3qw[/hide] Contains offensive language, it's a .gif with sound. It's amazing. LOL
  15. Is there room to appeal and be successful when you're entirely in the wrong?
  16. The JMod bot hunts weren't successful because they announced when they were going to happen. That's really not the case. There were far more busts going on than you know of.

I don't drink at home often anymore, and I only have one or two. Did go through a period of having some whiskey every night while watching TV, but I didn't keep that up for long. I'll drink at home before I'm heading out for the night, as most people do.
  18. I remember this argument back when the fight cave was added, and the consensus was a pretty resounding no. Nowadays, with the new equipment, that argument is even weaker. The fire cape is interesting and unique. Throwing it onto the very large pile of buyable things is boring and does not benefit gameplay. But you can't buy Tokkul? It's something one must obtain as drops? Didn't they remove the possibility of selling back items in return of Tokull a few years back - unless that has changed, I wouldn't mind spending many hours killing Tzhaar monsters in return for enough Tokkul. My connection hasn't always been the best when it comes to RuneScape, I don't know why. And since the Nuke, my game hangs every few minutes. I'm not trying to say "Oh Jagex, nerf it! Make it buyable"...Hell, all I said is it would be nice.
  19. Would be nice if they accepted payment of Tokkul for a Fire Cape!
  20. Ah, I had the same happen to me before. I logged in and lagged, and my name was "Cinda Island" or something of the sort! It was very strange indeed, and I thought I had been hacked also.
  21. We have a pretty threatening SOPA in Ireland now too, sadly. Which is picking up speed. Problem we have is we can't tell our representatives to say no, as this site says: http://stopsopaireland.com/ . The European Headquarters for Facebook, E-Bay, Google & soon to be Twitter are based here. Not sure how badly it will effect that!
  22. First Scroll I've ever gotten, was actually quite surprised. Haven't felt like that in years... It's not often I get something nice.
  23. Interesting to see the price per hour, Sydan! And very valid post. I'm at 6,433 hours (268 Days & 1 hour) and probably paid for membership for 5 years. So that's 0.042 per hour? Crazy. I'm still at 4.60 per month so that's 276 for the last 5 years. Money well spent indeed.
  24. Congratz! A very nice 99! But that's not Mod Mark...:P
