  1. It goes off into the water, where we can't go. Sorry to burst your bubble.
  2. New pub is alright. Nothing special. Few interesting NPCs, but it's just a pub.
  3. Absolutely. You get inside information, a look inside the JAGeX office building and free membership. Additionally, we want a full report :P Yeah, bring me a picture of the MMG's throne carved out the bones of a hundred dead Chinese gold farmers. You're thinking of Iddison's throne. MMG's is made of the dried tears of a thousand PKers. Actually, the throne itself is made out of the hair torn out of the heads of a thousand PKers. The hair is held together by the dried tears themselves. It's also reinforced by the collective ejaculate spilled out by the people marking out for him and his "change." [/hide]True. I apologize for forgetting. But these are nothing compared to Paul's throne- a chair made from finest steel, plated with purest gold, and fueled daily by the sacrifice of a thousand banned Runescape accounts. It keeps him forever young. Paul plays WoW dude. Duh... -.-
  4. I wish I could do graphics on my computer. I'd love to make me a "Failors" banner that I could put in my sig and maybe other people could too.
  5. Problem is I think it will have no appeal to anyone outside of the Runescape community.
  6. 1) They want the capes so badly, let them use their bank space for them. 2) Make it so that the WOM in Draynor can sell all the capes for 99k. And the option can be the same on Members. You could also just make that so and get rid of the other cape sellers, though most have other uses as well. 3) Let them have the bonuses. You get a 99 in a skill, you deserve it. 4) Do above 3 and skip number 4.
  7. Do it. DO IT! If I could I'd travel to Cambridge. It's literally HOURS away but I would ;( You think? I might send in an email then. I mean, it would be quite nice to actually find out what working there would be like. EDIT: Just for confirmation, do you guys think this would be a good idea? Absolutely. 8. on scarabite tasks after getting into the center of the small scarab dungeon i never need to click again for the rest of the task =P Yes... on that one task. If you get something like Nechs, where you must click every creature, then no, it is not an AFK skill. :geek: chin them in chaos tunnel and don't care about the goodies they drop :S Fine, then Dust Devils or Bloodvelds. Dark Beasts, Iron Drags, Steel Drags, Mith Drags, and Skeletal Wyverns are creatures that no one can AFK on either. Point is, it's not really a AFK skill. It's also a very slow and tedious one. Even if you AFK somewhat, you still are gonna spend plenty of time on it. Whether that means you chin, gotta drink pots, or food, or whatever.
  9. Crafting isn't terribly buyable on F2P as all you really have it silver, and that's like 50 per bar, still takes forever. I mean, the rest of them, you can use stuff, get more exp, all that, but with f2p crafting, it's 50exp per bar all the way to 99.

  12. 3. I know for a fact Guthix made this world (RuneScape). Um, no you don't. If you did Meeting History, you'd know that Guthix didn't crate the world, he merely filled in a blank world with life. It's believed the Elder Gods, such as Jas, are the one who creates the actual plane of existence. But your attempt at intelligence was cute. :
  13. No, they'd probably just be sent into hiding and/or simply leave and outlive us.
  14. Then screw the cash and make it just for fun. No more drops, and you don't lose any items. Problem solved. :) Clan wars FFA *cough* :-w Whatever. I'd still love on PVP world, where the whole world is PVP where you can die and fight and everything, but no drops and you don't lose anything. Be more fun competing for Yews/Magics that way.
  15. Making a rant- Not all that sad Joining a forum just to make said rant- Very sad
  16. So do people that train Attack, Strength, Hitpoints, Defence, Prayer, Crafting, Mining, Woodcutting, Fletching, Herblore, Runecrafting, Ranged and Farming Yet I don't see these people [bleep] about getting their precious 90+ items, even though they deserve it just as much as a Slayer. And do you want them for Slayer? Or do you want them for greed? Honestly. Because if you want them for Slayer, a good (and most recent, correct me if I'm wrong) update was the recent 'Missing my mummy' quest, which allowed for easier Scabarite tasks. Which, in turn, means you can scratch the Scabarites from your permablock list (if they were) and add another task you hate. Because you did, in fact, get a new monster to kill. Notice the OP has 78 slayer... Anyway, for attack, str, HP, def, prayer, mining, woodcutting, and herblore, the higher the level you are, the more advantage you have. All the combat skills have a bonus. Attack=more accuracy. Str=higher hits. As for the collection skills, you can gather resources more quickly. As for MyM, scabrites were easy to kill north of the swamp before, so nothing has changed. No more comment should be needed. Suggesting that combat or gathering skills above a certain level needed to wield or gather something is totally asinine. How do Herblorists advance from being higher leveled? Likewise, Slayer, in that respect, gets easier with higher levels are your combat stats become better, hence tasks will become easier. Singling out Slayers as trying pity-worthy disgusts me. It's a largely AFK skill (like Woodcutting) that can make a ton of money. Especially at levels 80+. There are other skills that deserve a high-level update more than Slayer does. All of you are advocating a 90+ monster so you can camp it and make millions, which you somehow feel you are entitled to just because you choose to train Slayer. Like Hunter. Talk about a skill that needs some filling out. It's completely bare. Everyone just marks out over the red chins in it.
  17. Err... no. They're asking for game testers :| It's what companies do, make games and test them. Trust me I would do  I are sekrit Tip.It ninja. Although the chances of me going are pretty slim considering it'll take a 5 hour train to get there =/ I was kidding, but on a serious note, you just know they're asking for someone to suicide bomb them over the removal of old wild, unbalanced trades, etc.
  18. Wait, so MMG needs kids to come down and worship him in person? Suppose the kids worpshipping on on the Forums isn't enough. Kinda sad. -.-
  19. May I suggest a rousing bout of self-sufficiency?
  20. Then screw the cash and make it just for fun. No more drops, and you don't lose any items. Problem solved. :)
  21. Despite a few people's "luck," TTs have been nerfed many times over I think. i think they did it to discourage so many people from doing them and leaving the rewards a bit more rare.
  22. Well duh. We free many Mahjarrat, help others, and witness countless events. But for the conclusion, they go do something epic and leave us a top to play with.
  23. Guys like boobs. Even pixellated boobs.
  24. Back in ye day, when you created a character, they had a few classes. Nothing major, just started with some skills higher than others. I think it was the "Miner" class that came in with 9hp instead of 10. But basically, no 9hp characters have been created in about 7 1/2-8 years.
  25. Honestly, in these two blogs, what they said was a whole lot of nothing. Or at least nothing new. We still don't really know how they choose mods, other than their reports, or what they're doing to get more people involved. It just seemed like the overlying theme was change and this whole team-building, community, teamwork mantra that I've had to hear for a decade. It's like Office Space, but for a MMORPG. And I swear I can see "Change you can believe in" circling in this Mod's head. Probably why I'd never be a mod.
