I don't know how much discussion can be done on this topic, but I wanted to pose an idea that I think Jagex should take and give a shot with. Basically, before any content is mentioned on the webiste, given future hints in game, or revealed in such things as the Postbag, it should be done. And I mean done. Completed, developed, QAed, bug checked, or at least as best as they can, go live, and ready to roll. That way, we won't have *so* much speculation, we won't know if they've taken forever to do an update, and most of all, we don't have to go through all the anticipation, and subsequent whining when a piece of content is a little late. *cough* Mobilising Armies.* Also, if said content was ready to go, and they got ahead a few month on stuff, they could go back to having some BTS every month, without straining anyone to finish the updates on a deadline. That last one was probably me just hoping though. -.-

Sure, people will complian because their updates won't be giving them the instant gratification they so desire. But my point was, and still is, because of those people, when someone comes along with a legitimate complaint, they are treated like an [wagon], and told to leave the game.

You forgot the Dragonkin. Dragonkin are REAL in RS and guaranteed in it. +1 But there is lots of overspeculation of the Dragonkin going on.Like when something is mysterious and ancient it obviously connects to the Dragonkin because they are ancient and mysterious. I was taking about things that aren't in the game at all at this point, nor even really hinted at. Zaros aside of course.

They can't because that's a WoW quest. WoW also has 126 versions of that quest, but it's all the same quest.

Press releases from Jagex, quotes from Geoff, numerous other JMod quotes that have probably been eaten by the monster that is RSOF. Do your own legwork, I don't have time to scour the internet on my only day off to prove a point over the internet that hundreds of people with reasonable memories can back me up on. I don't care if you think I'm right, as long as you think :thumbsup: I said it was stated there was over 100k cancelled subscriptions in the fortnight after the update. Obviously F2P doesn't count because they don't subscribe and anything after the fortnight was irrelevant to my post. That's not to say that more people quit or even that people didn't return. I just can't recall seeing any information from a reliable source in regards to anything outside that fortnight. We can also share our various STDs right? It therefore costs Jagex less money in reimbursments. RWT "ruining the game" is only part of the issue. Jagex is a business; don't forget the financial side. Well, you know, various strains and so forth. On last count Courtney Love had 42 types of Ghonnorhea and that was just in her left armpit. They tried to test her genitals, but the tools turned to ash.

That's one thing WoW does have one over on RS. WoW has a lot of the best things are only created by player skills. In RS, we either buy/minigame/quest/etc. all the good stuff.

They look seriously dumb and rather cartoonish. Maybe they look so bad cause they're size is dostorted and the picture is stretched. Something. Thank god I use a BGS.

Maybe seren, is actually guthix? Just using a different name. Could have brought the elves through just like he did those humans in the metting history quest. Could also explain why the godwars didn't spill over into the elven lands, under the protection of guthix/seren. Just pure speculation though. I don't think he would create a false persona for himself to act under.

Hmm I was under the impression that Iban was protecting the well of voyage and lathas wanted to kill him although Iban believed he was the son of Zamorak, been quite a while since I did regicide 4 years :P Iban was protecting the Well, because he thought of it as his stronghold and wouldn't let anyone pass. Lathas needed to get passed him. They were both evil.

Continuing the analogy, if that car doesn't get you where you need to go, then wouldn't you want to sell that car and get a new one that does what you want? Yes, but if you've payed for it, and invested your time and energy into it, you wouldn't want to junk it as soon as doesn't operate how you want it. You'd do your damnedest to try and fix it. Yes, but if you can't fix it, you would get it junked and/or sold, correct? Yes, if it wasn't eventually fixed and I got tired of looking at it, I'd abandon it. I'm really just trying to outlast this upgrade year. The game does feel a bit like a scrap heap sitting on my front lawn.
