Just taking a shot in the dark here, but did you buy the bones? Looks like he killed hill giants to get the bones to bury instead of wasting gp on them. Nice achievement! ~Joe. From 1 prayer to 43 it takes 3400 big bones, and to get to his ranged level (which Is 57), from 1, it would take 1452 hill giants. Now assuming, because he isn't ranked in highscores, he didn't melee any of them, he DID buy some of his bones, because he'd only have half of the bones he'd need for 43 prayer, but he would have the ranged level he currently has, if he had used rapid/accurate. If he had used long range, it would have taken him 2904, which still doesn't equal the amount of bones he had to bury to get him 43 prayer. Reply? Melee and magic, Reply?! (rofl.)

Rofl i was just doing this. I was 1vs20 and i killed 5 of em :) My tactic, just hide in their base and then when they search you, just kill them as they come to you rofl. If this minigame was more organised, it would probably own castle war.
