  1. Erm... Sorry to be a noob, but where is the 'Enchanted Valley'? Fairy Rings?
  2. How about, instead of having -1, -10, -100, and -1k, you can toggle + and - by pressing the icons next to the amount you are buying? SUPPORT anyway
  3. The first thing you get is Random Event sets. Next, I was thinking about being able to ask Melzar the Mad to teleport you - he gets it wrong and puts you into a separate part of Zanaris (F2P and P2P can do this) I also like the maze. It's fun to beat the clock and get a lot of stuff I actually use/sell. Plus, its easier to do a part on just defeating the mime Oh, and guess who the boss is?
  4. WHAT IS THIS SUGGESTION? Face it, randoms are annoying. This suggestion gives ideas to how they can be scrapped. Please give constructive criticism MANAGER's LIST: The quest parts refer to if you were doing them in order. If you do not, then you will find it to be different options. Here is the order the randoms are eliminated in: Drunken Dwarf Kiss the Frog Gravedigger Lumberjack Evil Bob + Drill Demon Mime Aggressive Randoms (1 per week stopped) This also means that the following remain: Genie Mysterious Old Man (only Box and Talk to him parts) Pirate(s) Mysterious Plant NAME: The Idiot's Handlers (any other suggestions for name?) TO START: Speak to Fairy Ring Manager, Zanaris. You must bring 1 of every single random event item from the following: Camo, Lederhosen, Frog Mask+Prince/Princess Set/Frog Token, Zombie Stuff. You must also have every single random event emote REQUIREMENTS: You must have started Dragon Slayer to access this quest. You do not need Fairy tale part 2, or Lost city Part 1 (must be completed to access the other parts) is Intro/Drunken Dwarf: 1) Go to a manager. Ask them about random events. They will ask what you want to know. Ask them how they teleport to your location. They will ask for 1 of every single random event item. These will be made into item sets when brought to the manager 2) The manager will ask you to bring a Tiara. Bring this, and it will be enchanted to be able to track the lairs of the Random Event People. In addition, you will now be able to tap into the Random Event Fairy Ring Codes, when you discover them of course 3) The manager will tell you to stop random events from coming, you must either destroy the fairy ring network, or sabotage the Random Event rings. You must choose option 2 - sabotage! 4) Just then, you encounter the Drunken Dwarf. He does his normal speech, but as he is about to teleport away, your tiara activates and stops him. He tells you (after a long talk) that he will only stop if you bring the Ale of Delight to his brother, The Lazy Dwarf, in the Dwarven Mines 5) To make the Ale of Delight, you must combine a Jug of Wine with a Chocolate Cake (eww!). Then, go to the Lazy Dwarf. He will allow you into the Drunken Dwarf's lair 6) To sabotage the fairy ring in there, use your tiara on it. This completes part 1! REWARDS: Able to make Ale of Delight (combines effects of a Cake and Jug of Wine. Only 1 bite), no longer get Drunken Dwarf event, 1 Quest Point, 100 Cooking Exp. Members (after Part 7) may use the Drunken Dwarf's fairy ring - this gives them access to a brewery with 3 barrels and the Dwarf (sells rare ingredients) in (of course, you need Fairy Tale Part 2 completed to use this brewery) Parts 2-6 may be done in any order. Part 7 is the last Part 2: Frog Event 1) Go back to Fairy Ring Manager. Tell them that the Drunken Dwarf is sabotaged. They will give you another tiara - without the Drunken Dwarf's fairy ring on it. You will ask what next. The fairy manager gives you 5 options - for Part 2 you must choose the first option 2) The Manager will tell you that the Frog King is located in a swamp somewhere. You recognise this must be Lumbridge Swamps. The manager will tell you the Ring is located in a very odd place - one no fairy could ever go. Thus, underwater WARNING: F2P 'Swimming' is dangerous. Bring food for this part, or an aparatus if P2P 3) Go to the swamps and check a set of bushes, near the graveyard. Follow a track, and you will find a hole near one of the swampwater pools (not the P2P cavern, of course, with Tears of Guthix in) 4) Here you will find a room filled with frogs. Your aim is to go through, and speak to the Frog King. You will go through a pool that hits you 1hp damage each 5 seconds you are inside and underwater. This is while being attacked by level 5 Melee frogs and level 7 Range frogs (max hits 2 and 3 respectively) 5) Speak to the Frog King. He will transform you, and you will go into a maze. This is underwater, but deals only 1hp damage per 10 seconds this time, with no enemies NOTE: Map soon =P 6) If you complete it without dying, you will be given a chance to stop the Frog Princess/Prince from being transformed into a frog again. You must kill off 'Hagen the Witch' (level 50, uses magic at level 60 magic - rest of levels are defence) without using prayer, at the Wizard Tower. 7) Hagen will also summon those annoying Melee Frogs and up to 3 Range frogs during the battle. Since this is a multi combat zone, P2P can use summoning 8) When you succeed, the frogs mostly transform into humans again (you can train on them in the Fairy Ring room). Return to the cave (you will not be attacked by frogs this time, but the water still hurts you 1hp damage each 5 seconds) and use your tiara on the Fairy Ring REWARD: 500 Strength exp, 500 Hitpoints exp, 2000 Magic exp, able to train in the Frog cave on the men and frogs there. This includes a Summoning obelisk (MAJOR - you can make pouches) and NPCs who drop a lot of charms and herblore stuff. You no longer get the Frog Random Part 3: Gravedigger Event 1) Go back to Fairy Ring Manager. Tell them that the Frog Prince/Princess' is sabotaged. They will give you another tiara - without the Frog's fairy ring on it. You will ask what next. The fairy manager gives you 4 options -for Part 3 you must choose the first option 2) You will be told that the Gravedigger's lair is at a church of some sort. You ask whether the manager could be more specific, and they sigh. It is in the Wilderness. 3) Go to the Graveyard in the wilderness. search a large ornate grave there, and a hand will pull you in. The walls contain bones. If you touch one of them (an option) a voice will tell you to bury it in a certain hole in the ground (the ground is coloured to tell you where). This will cause you to go into the Gravedigger's room 4) The gravedigger will tell you that he is getting more and more tired recently with the amount of death in Runescape. He wants someone to fake his death for him, and thus stop the people coming with corpses etc 5) Go to the Apothecary. You need another Cadava potion. Get this, and give it to the Gravedigger 6) He will drink it. Its effects last 24 hours, so in this time you must go to the Varrock Church and get their Father (forgotten second name) to give the Gravedigger his finishing rites 7) When this happens, a good cutscene happens and the Gravedigger is placed into a coffin 8) Later, get him out. He will ask how many bodies are there. You must say either few or many. Either way, he will stop his event (either by killing himself for too many, or leaving for few) 9) Go to the Fairy Ring that is no longer covered in corpses. Use your tiara on it REWARD: 1000 Prayer exp, ability to use the Gravedigger's room, which includes an altar that gives 1.25x the normal exp for bones used on it (you cannot, however, use any bones EXCEPT normal ones on it) and 5 Undead Giants (stats and drops of Hill Giants). You will never get the Gravedigger event again Part 4: Lumberjack Event 1) Go back to Fairy Ring Manager. Tell them that the Gravedigger is sabotaged. They will give you another tiara -without the Gravedigger's fairy ring on it. You will ask what next. The fairy manager gives you 3 options -for Part 4 you must choose the first option 2) The Manager will say that the Lumberjack is in a forest... in another dimension? You will ask if his Ring is too. The manager will say that he has 2 Rings - one is in a great forest in this dimension, and the other in the other dimension 3) Go to Varrock, near the earth altar. There is the Fairy Ring you need. When you go near it, the Lumberjack teleports you to his dimension 4) You say this isn't possible, but he says it is. You are in the pheasant area. He says that they are getting boring - he wants to find new prey. You say you will find him some 5) You lied. Use the tiara on the fairy ring. Then home teleport REWARD: Nothing, except not getting the Freaky Forester event ever again (woohoo!) Part 5: Evil Bob and the Drill Demon 1) Go back to Fairy Ring Manager. Tell them that the Lumberjack is sabotaged. They will give you another tiara -without the Lumberjack's fairy ring on it. You will ask what next. The fairy manager gives you 2 options -for Part 5 you must choose the first option 2) The manager will say that this is easily the hardest of your sabotages. You will ask why. The manager will show you a cutscene of the Drill Demon worshipping a large idol. Then when it zooms out, you notice this is actually just Bob the Cat. Bob asks the Demon to start training for a great war. A war against ScapeRune! He accepts, and leaves Bob. The manager then says that to sabotage their rings, you must end the war. You will say that actually it never started. This is incorrect, the manager says. Each ScapeRune visit you have had IS part of the war! 3) Ask the manager where the ring is, and you will find you must go to the oracle 4) Go to the oracle on the Ice Mountain. When you say you ask about the ScapeRune - RuneScape war, they will stop speaking jibberish. You will be given two Teleport Tablets - Teleport to ScapeRune and Teleport to RuneScape. You must not use them up until necessary, or you will be trapped. Infact, the oracle enchants you Camo Set to teleport you between Scapes when operated, so you won't be trapped. Your camo becomes 'Camo Top/Bottoms/Hat (e)' 5) Put on your Camo, and operate it. You are teleported to the Drill Demon's dimensional fortress, on the tide between ScapeRune and RuneScape. Here, you are given a final evaluation. It is basically one last go at the Demon's random event 6/a) Complete it, and you will be sent into battle. Each battlefield is part of Evil Bob's event 6/B) First you must break through the Balloon Platoon on the RuneScape Moon (joke, its only the Balloon Platoon). You must pop 3 of each type of animal, and enter their corresponding base. Here, you fight against the 'Boss Balloon Animal' of that type. Its really only a level 30 balloon animal that has 1 defence, and is wither melee, ranged, or magic based. Defeat 3 of them, and you go to Part 6/c 6/c) Next, you enter a parody of Tutorial Island. You must go through it and teach the tutors how to do the activities. Complete this, to go onto Part 6/d 6/d) Now you are back into Bobridge. Here, you will have to do into where Sir Vant's dragon ladder lair place would be. You will find that there is a seriously injured level 80 'King Green Dragon' (that Dragon from the new tutorial). It asks you to help it defeat Sir Vant, the level 231 angry Black Knight. This really means that you must go into Bobridge, and kill the mage tutor for 'Bind' runes, and use them on Vant to stop him attacking the dragon. When you do this, the dragon EASILY kills Vant 7) Now you enter Sir Vant's tunnels. Here, you will find Evil Bob, asleep. Bind him, and then attack. This will cause his Amulet of Manspeak to be destroyed. Did I mention that this was what made it hard to defeat Evil Bob? ScapeRune begins its destruction sequence, so you now get teleported back to the Fortress of the Drill Demon 8) The Drill Demon says that is has no purpose anymore, and thus must now rejoin RuneScape. His fortress plummets back to Runescape, into the Wilderness 9) Use your Tiara on its Fairy Ring REWARD: 3 Genie Lamps, which give 2k experience to any combat skills you want, Camo (e), no longer get Evil Bob or Drill Demon events, access to the Fortress of the Cat (holy place of the Bob the cat fanclub and restaurant) which has a King Green Dragon (level 231) on its top floor, Balloon Animals (and chests which are unlocked by their keys) on the second, and a portal to ScapeRune on the first floor. The Bottom floor contains the Drill Demon. Here, you can ask to be teleported to the Basement - where you can battle other players NOTE: Map coming soon! Part 6: Mime + Mae 1) Go back to Fairy Ring Manager. Tell them that the War of ScapeRune and RuneScape is over, and RuneScape won. They will give you another tiara -without the Drill Demon's fairy ring on it. You will ask what next. The fairy manager tells you that there is only 1 event you can sabotage left. The Mime 2) The manager tells you that the mime lives inside the Mysterious Old Man. You ask how you can get it it. The manager says that you must harness the power of your mind to enter his mind, in order to enter the mime's event 3) You must go to
  5. In HD, swarms look like just dots. If you are in the middle of an activity, this can be quite annoying So my suggestion? Make the bugs change colour and shape dependant on where they are. Well, shape could be constant and the colour could be an obvious one that suits all environments. I don't care. Just change it!
  6. Have a portal undefended at the start (and if there already is one undefended, increase each portal's exp)
  7. Wel. I thnk tis wud wok. ts an AWESOM ideea Jst xplain beter pl0x?
  8. Couple of ways you could do it: - Churches - POH Clock - Clocktower - Settings Menu
  9. Perhaps you should be able to choose (when you are logged into the website) the main categories to compare 'Movers and Shakers' from. One point you could be selling loads of runes and not want to know that some sword you can't wield is going down in price. Heres a few factors I thought of you could use Factors: - Amount Sold over previous day - Amount Item is worth - Actual Usefullness (an expensive one use item is ranked lower than a less expensive close combat item that doesn't degrade) - Theme (Jagex tracks big item categories which are doing well, and these are noted on the Grand Exchange Beta, in a separate section, maybe?)
  10. Seagulls at Port Sarim also work
  11. It's just scary how lame the rewards can get. Well, I suppose it is F2P
  12. You have a point there. Maybe the NPC's could be mighty warriors, or undead, or creatures, or something like that. That would make sense. You could have a teleport area for the bank (which allows you to place a hand and perhaps head in so that you can partially be in the bank and mostly be in the dungeon at one time) The NPC allies could be simply trapped spirits, or kept alive by the power of Balance (with the amount of death, there must also be an amount of life) The NPC allies could ALSO be graves which are raised for allies and Summoning Exp (You offer gold to appease their spirits, to make them bother to fight) Healers could be a healing pool =P
  13. The Drill Demon should be Agility Xp, or just a way for F2P to get a one time boost to Run Energy - decent food items, which are TRADEABLE?
  14. It would be more awesome if you actually parted the waters :ohnoes:
  15. i'm actually now tempted to make my own GWD (final) bosses...
  16. I feel that each ship should have a different requirement of damage. Low could be 75, Medium be 150, and High be 300 *SUPPORT*
  17. the ranged damage is wrong. it should be 1000 divided by number of opponents, if the damage for 25 people is 40 each (10 people and you have a max hit of 100 =P)
