  3. Hai. I'm Scruff (you may know me as Dv_Trainer) and this is my blog. I have a fairly large amount of goals that I want to accomplish over the 2009-10 period, and here they are. I separate them out into five main sections: - Production (Woodcutting, Mining, Fishing, Farming) - Imbuing (Fletching, Smithing, Cooking, Crafting, Herblore) - Destroying (Firemaking, Slayer, Hunter, Runecrafting) - Combat (Attack, Strength, Defence, Prayer, HP, Magic, Ranged, Summoning) - Other (Construction, Thieving, Agility) I will use these as categories as well - so level up in Agility, and i'll list it under Other etc. Below, I also use the following format: Skill: Current -> Primary Aimed Level -> Secondary Aimed Level Well, here they are (again): Production Woodcutting: 90 -> 95 -> 99 Mining: 56 -> 60 -> 70 Fishing: 79 -> 85 -> 90 Farming: 35 -> 40 -> 50 Imbuing Fletching: 75 -> 80 -> 90 Smithing: 65 -> 70 -> 75 Cooking: 66 -> 70 -> 80 Crafting: 60 -> 65 -> 70 Herblore: 45 -> 55 -> 60 Destroying Firemaking: 61 -> 65 -> 70 Slayer: 31 -> 42 -> 50 Hunter: 58 -> 63 -> 70 Runecrafting: 45 -> 50 -> 55 Combat Attack: 65 -> 70 -> 75 Strength: 62 -> 70 -> 75 Defence: 60 -> 65 -> 70 HitPoints: 63 -> 65 -> 70 Prayer: 50 -> 55 -> 60 Summoning: 35 -> 40 -> 45 Magic: 66 -> 70 -> 75 Ranged: 50 -> 60 -> 65 Other Construction: 61 -> 65 -> 70 Thieving: 35 -> 50 -> 55 Agility: 45 -> 50 -> 55 Looking forward to updates!

  5. This is indeed graverobbing. Un-needed The point stands, however, that you can't really pack in the power with a whip that you can with any other weapon. THAT is why there's no aggressive stance
  6. I feel awkwardly like this is like my suggestion for Quest Cape + as well This is just a foolish attempt to build upon something with good foundations... without decent plans anyway If you're going to do a Masters Cape... you need to have played since the beginning. That reflects it fully.
  7. 100% protection? I don't see where I ever said that. Plus, you realise that against players it is 50% protection? And thats with any of the Protects...
  8. This is simply a suggestion for a few more prayers... Might of Purity (Purity) - 78 Prayer - Requires Zogre Flesh Eaters finished Decreases damage of Poison by 10%. Decreases effects of disease and stat damagers by 7% Gift of Plenty (Plenty) - 83 Prayer - Requires Nature Spirit finished Increases the heal value of food by 10%. Decreases effect of Ghasts by 7% Blessing of War (Diabolus) - 88 Prayer - Requires The Chosen Commander finished Decreases effect of special attacks by 40%, and increases the drain by 15% Arrow Warding (Aerial Protection) - 91 Prayer - Counts as Protect from Prayer Counts as Protect from Magic and Protect from Range - with 90% usual effects. User takes 10% additional damage from Melee Divine Warding (Blow Protection) - 94 Prayer - Counts as Protect from Prayer Counts as Protect from Range and Protect from Melee - with 90% usual effects. User takes 10% additional damage from Melee Sealed Shrouding (Enchanted Protect) - 97 Prayer - Counts as Protect from Prayer Counts as Protect from Magic and Protect from Melee - with 90% usual effects. User takes 10% additional damage from Range God my Witness (Sanctified) - 100 Prayer (skill cape required to begin) - Counts as Protect from Prayer Counts as Protect from Summoning, Protect from Magic, Protect from Range, and Protect from Melee. Each of these effects is 40% the usual protection, however you also gain a 3x3 square of protection for your allies (which is shown by a glow equivilent to your god cape/god items currently wielded)

  11. After seeing the complete failure of Mobilising Armies, i've got a number of suggestions to make: [hide=Victory and Reward Points]Each Victory, you are getting 2 points. Each Loss, you are getting 1 point. You need 100 to get another level up on the ladder of MA. This needs to stop# Each game category will get a 'difficulty level' assigned. This goes 1, 2, 3, and 4. The amount of points you get in both Ranks and Reward Points is multipled by the difficulty. Of course, the rewards go up accordingly - each current prize is 1.5x more expensive Nuff Said Of course, there are additional modifiers! There are approximately 20 formations also available - these are all with modifiers as well. As you choose more difficult manoevres, you will gain more benefits to your scores. Basic 3 (top of list) carry no bonuses, but each additional set of 3 can be unlocked for 50k Reward Points - Eager, Spread, Block: Difficulty Modifier (x1.25) - Lefty, Righty, Grid: Difficulty Modifier (x1.5) - NEW Reserve, Full Front, Espionage (x1.75) - NEW Conquerer (x2) These are, of course, only the starting modifiers. Here are 6 new formations: - Reserve: The two races least represented in your army begin in play. Then, half way in the battle (if you are still in the game), the race best represented will enter via your lander. - Full Front: Your light forces begin in the fore, and may not be moved back from this - no retreat, essentially - Espionage: Your army may not have any heavy units in. However, you may choose to deploy in the center, and gain benefits from terrain - Conquerer: You begin with a single heavy unit which is weak against the majority of your enemies units. Each minute you will gain access either to a Special Unit or other unit. This access will only happen if you still have units left on the field[/hide]
  12. 1. Do you think clan members of today are more/less loyal as a few years ago? IMMENSELY. DoubleVision has lost epic amounts of members since I joined 3 years ago - something like 100? 2. Do you think that people are prepared to do as much for their clan as a few years ago? No. And I can't blame them in my clan - we don't particularly push events, or requirements, so people just take part in our casual 'contests' (exp kings etc) 3. Do you think - in general - top clans of today are as good as some of the legendary clans like DS, ZF, ... No. No. No. NO. We're spread out, rather than packed, and the system has changed. This means we're completely different

Of course, even if the clan world is shrinking (responding to the original title) due to declined people, it hasn't really been the case for my clan - we're shrinking, but it's because of something else DoubleVision (ancient, no-name, clan of no return) is slumping because of lack of acceptance. We're not a big clan, and when we recruit people expect us to be different to what we are - we have a small, active userbase, who hasn't really had any events really. This is what is making our world smaller - that and the loss of 3 allies recently who closed just after we lost our alliances with them - and not our (actually) incredibly wide list of requirements (just don't be a jerk) We're building back up the way a clan should always build - the very way that makes the major clan world shrink means that the smaller clans will be growing. Can't say that's a bad thing - Junior Clans will be back, and that means diversity in the community. I like that

  15. I absolutely love what he has done with the place. I've played runescape for pretty much 5 or 6 years (rather awkward, no?) over many accounts. So many years of members. But this is, somehow, one of the best lines of upgrading for the game that I have seen over this time Love it Can't complain!

  17. I personally think only a couple of the underused things should be done in this skill... Better would be having a skill limit. Because although everyone loves Yews with a +25% add on, it's just a bit crazy...

  20. Personal Wealth is about 2 million, so it wouldn't be too hard to 'No Life it Back' Plus, I might even get some levels in the process, making it worth it
