  1. Good luck! :) Ya gotta start somewhere :P.
  2. Jagex needs to get all of the suggested new content off of this guy... I don't know WTF he's talking about... Definitely either a joke or an online translator .
  3. This is how newspaper and magazine companies operate. It's just a common business tactic, they know that many subscribers may not be active all the time, but that is sort of the point. :| Golf Clubs and resorts also use this method, obviously you won't be playing golf 24/7, but they will still charge you no matter what, because they can.
  4. While I can't think of anything off the top of my head, specialty guides on a topic not really covered by anyone else are usually the coolest guides. You can repeat topics, but if you do it would be nice to have something unique about your guide, rather than just showing common knowledge. For example, nobody had a guide on Revenants, the CE, or the Ancestral Bones, so I made guides on them. This will get moved to Beginning guides just to let you know (or locked). :?
  5. Where in the world did u get world 7 from from what he posted? PS, Good job on the hilts guys Windows 7, not world 7 ;) (the operating system)
  6. Very helpful info, thanks! This will be used (w/credit).
  7. So Jagex hires independent artists to make some of their models? Interesting. Nice find.
  8. Here is my list: Attack: Whip + Rune Defender Strength: Saradomin Sword or Dragon Scimitar + Rune Defender Defense: Whip + Rune Defender Now, in your post you say that you can't yet use a whip, and have not done Monkey Madness. I would HIGHLY recommend completing that quest, as the Dragon Scimitar is a great and affordable training weapon, especially when coupled with the Rune Defender! The Saradomin Sword is like a two-handed whip that trains strength, but more expensive.
  9. #-o Sorry #-o It was all just a test to see if you were paying attention. :geek: This is my 666th post :o
  10. I think that's a bit technical :|, but I don't represent the crew. About the Avatar, that seems like a legitimate correction :). Regarding where to post: this sticky is for the bestiary HD makeover (changing all the standard detail pics to HD), any corrections to the Bestiary should be posted as a topic in the Bestiary forum :).
  11. Uh oh :? Can't wait :o 11.
  12. Good topic  I used to think these clans were fine, as they allowed me to predict the graphs much more easily, since you could always find out whether an item was being manipulated. But nowadays, like you said, it is completely different. The clan leaders lie and deceive new chat members, tricking them into buying out their dumped items. These people are left with huge loss and an unsellable item. So I think something should be done about this, it should be classified as item scamming in my opinion, although it would be difficult to have evidence for such things, since they don't happen in 60 seconds.
  13. 9! I see meol browsing this forum, I wonder what's going to happen....
  14. #-o  Oh well, it was good practice for me :P

  17. 9001/10 Forum Games only. :!:
  18. Well it depends on what you're doing. If you want to hunt Revenants (which I do for fun, I don't really care about payback), of course you should prepare :| If you are doing a clue scroll like you said, the goal is to survive, so taking close to no gear is a bad idea. If you take some dragonhide and slap on range prayer, then you are prepared. The problem is that most people don't do this, and then complain once they are killed. Abyss RCing is different, revevants aren't usually much of a problem there anyway (unless I've been really lucky during my time Rcing). The essay was in response to a rant that claimed they were close to impossible to kill.
