Other companies have already said they won't send letters out, and VirginMedia have said they won't punish you in anyway, they're just sending letters out for no reason. Also, did you know: You can actually sue them for watching what you download/view, as in the terms and conditions there is a privacy policy which they're breaking. My local ISP company (Karoo) I can't get any other because they won't let BT/others in. Anyway, they "caught" me torrenting a file (which I named as a movie) when it wasn't even a movie and they banned me from using their services. My mum had no idea what was going on so I gave them a ring and asked to speak to someone in charge. Oh behold I mentioned the privacy policy and they accepted me straight back onto the network =D> If you get caught in these predicaments you just need to know what your rights/laws are and what you're (or they) are actually doing to windle around them.

Chances are you're using Vista Aero (I had same problem). Change it to Vista Basic and you'll get no lag at all. Personally I've never seen it myself as you've said so I'd have to say it's fake too. People usually always save the images or show direct links to the skill icons or hiscore finds like I did with Summoning and Archaeology so it seems to me like it's a fake, but who knows, I'll be asking a few questions :lol:

Jagex have to do it, we can't, it's inside their .jar files. I guess I could download their .jar files, deobfuscate it and then upload it, but then you'd be playing on a "modified client" so it'd be a bannable offence, even though they can't tell if you're using one, but it's not worth the risk :(

SwiftKit is a 3rd Party Client (LeetChecker isn't) Jagex don't recommend you use 3rd Party Clients to play RuneScape with, and Tip.It stands by Jagex on these rules. I'm not Dark Dude 98, but I think that would be his answer...

I like it all. I think people are forgetting this is BETA, back when RS2 BETA was out it was the same process (except you could drop and gain any levels but they'd be reset). All they use BETA for is to fix graphical errors, glitches etc, improvements on items and such will be made at a later date, probably August.

Classic died in 2004, there's only so much us people can do to keep it alive, I think we've lost the battle though :(
