  1. If the wilderness were to be cured, either some new area deeper than the wilderness would be needed, or else another part of Gielnor would have to be corrupted. Maybe though we could have more of the area around castle draken opened up. I do like the idea though.
  2. It even says in the knowledge base that there is no was to lose anything in this minigame.
  3. The above poster 3 posts before is wrong. Herblore, specifically making p pots doesn't make money. The difference is that the money made is from farming and not from making the potions. The only way to make money making p pots would be if the items, (waterfilled vials, snape grass, and ranarr) all cost less then a p pot. Otherwise you are just using profit from farming and using it to trin herblore without spending anything.
  4. Brews are used more where you need to hold as much food as you can, such as hybrid PKing, and GWD.
  5. You could have gotten over 700 natures, probably more crafting via graakh or abyss.
  6. Another option is to train cooking up a few more levels normally, and then cook sharks with brawlers. You will still burn some, but get more xp from the brawlers.
  7. You have a good chance. I finished Dragon Slayer at around that level. Bring teleport runes if you can use them.
  8. Bone bolts with Dorg bow is cheap, but takes so much longer than runbe xbow+mithril bolts it isn't actually worth it. It is slower.
  9. I hated it at lower levels. Right now I do just herb runs. When I get into something alot, such as slayer/pking/making money by MH/camping I let herb runs slide. I plant marigolds/limpworts and toadflax+snap/rannar in my arms patch.
  10. I gain EP in 4 ways. 1.) Just standing there, but only when I am doing something IRL, such as homework or Reenacting stuff. 2.) Normally I use brawlers. 3.) Thieve in Ardy 4.) PK. I have easily lost more than I gained, even with a VLS drop and a zaros stat drop. I have lost over 25 rune sets, probably more, as well as K top+bottom and ZGS.
  11. Your method is still far slower then any other conventional method out there. That is all there is to it.
  12. [bleep] wanna-be-mods. Fat nerds desperately trying to get some attention is what they are. Real mods do and did the same thing as WBMs. What's the difference? Why not just say you hate mods in general? [bleep] pigs! Fight the power! WBM=Wana be mods. Those who most desire power are normally those who least deserve it. Good bye olly.
  13. Nope. Supply and Demand>communism. Also, you are ignoring the fact that raw materials are rising, as are MH drops.
  14. To the above poster: Newbie players already thought that, so that isn't really a concern. Inflation>Deflation>Stagnation IMO. Not to mention you also ignore the fact that the items they can gather, such as coal, are going up, therefore they are making more gold per hour than before.
  15. For one, I don't see this as a game breaker, nor do I know any who do. If it gets "fixed", fine. If not, fine as well. Stormrage made a good point about maples being at a steady price, yet is a fluctuation in price really all that bad? Is inflation of an item even to the extreme of 5 million all that terrible? Think now, after every update we have a fluctuation in prices of one item in relation to another. When PvP worlds came out certain weapons, such as DH and the AGS went up quite a bit, while items such as the seers helm became even harder, near unto impossible to sell. The DFS and DFH crashed hard compared to there price in previous years. I am not saying that people losing money is an ok thing, but rather that inflation, even deflation is a normal, even at times good thing for the game. Example, people who kill Mithril Drags and get a DFH will have an item worth far more than it was worth 3 weeks ago. Think of this. I maintain that it is neither ill ethical nor illegal to 26k, and that although inflation is not the best thing for everyone, it is a normal part of both the game and real life, and as such is not as big a deal as is being made out. People who monster hunt will now be making far more money for there drops, which is really an important factor to consider. Also, people who collect raw materials will be making more. This isn't bad for all people.
  16. Another reason many people play RS is to achieve goals. If I have to work a few extra hours to pay the 5-10 million a AGS went up, I honestly am fine with that. The achievement is that much greater, and the item can be resold for a high price still. I don't believe this will "break the game"
  17. Whereas Liberals/Democrats want the government to run your life, with a "cradle to the grave" mentality. Especially in the US, the Government does not have the constitutional right to run certain things, such as nationalized healthcare. Typical Democrat response. They blame everyone but themselves, when they are the root of the problem. (Yes it may be an "inconvenient truth", but just as the Polar Bear population is on a massive rise, while "global warming" still persists...) You are the typical democrat. Blame others for your own inability to rectify a problem. If you don't want to 26k, go MH or skill. Those rare drops are rising rapidly for MH'ers, while the price of raw materials is rising as well. Jeez...
  18. 26k isn't a glitch. I always, at least as far as I know, stand by what I say I will do in game. I have been scammed, so I just don't trust people unless they are in my clan or I know them very well. BTW: I don't see anything to debate here...
  19. Sorry, but the 26k trick is not illegal. However, steps DO need to be taken to limit a few things. 1.) No more striking in in Hot Zones. 2.) Increased EP rates for non-HZ training, but only in place where you are actually training, such as killing cave horrors or training agility in Dorg. 3.) Ability to attack people who are battling with bronze weapons/striking. 4.) Making some of the higher end PvP drops only gain able from target kills or from people who lose more than 150k. (This later would still keep RWT out, as you are still just as likely to gain a lower end drop instead of a Zaros Stat. You will however be able to still profitably PK.)
  20. Under 100k, which is rather rare for me. Of course, I also just bought a SGS and re bought my fury, so worth is roughly 62m.
  21. Brawlers go by use. Mining go by a certain number of ore, mage by a certain number of casts, FM by a certain number of logs burned. I believe it is indeed the number of items made, not the number of bars used. Making platebodies is the best way therefore. Someone please correct me, as I may be wrong.
  22. Your being a jerk if they were there first TBH.
  23. Nechs you make back around 1/2 of the cash you spend, as well as having high crimson charm drops and being easy to get too. The xp/hour is slower however.
  24. Slayer isn't good money at lower levels, but I love slayer, I like the free runes I get from completing tasks, and I also enjoy seeing d boots/whips on the ground. Grinding or camping at green dragons is better xp/gold but sure is boring as hell. Also, 85 slayer is a very cool accomplishment, and camping abbies is nice when you are bored. Also, having the benefit of the slayer helmet on waterfiend tasks is very nice.
  25. I waited until 65, and then did a combination of wilderness and Ape Atoll, but mainly ape atoll. I would wait until at least 60, probably 65 agility to train there.
