However, we are talking mainly about PvP, so special restores are irrelevant. Korasi->Dclaws requires risking 28.5m, and the Vigour itself. I'd say it's still balanced, quite well thought out. Safe Pvp isn't a small part of the game... a lot of people do pits, clan wars, castle wars, etc. You can't just ignore it. But that is more about fun, and skill, and less about luck, risk, and profit, like dangerous PvP is. As a result, to some extent, balance is less important then other parts of the game, such as MH'ing, and dangerous PvP, which have a far more significant impact on the economy.

Why is laziness bad, in some instances? Efficiency is intellectual laziness, in some sense of the word. Self sufficiency (DIY) is simply a game play choice. RS is an interesting economy, its capitalistic, tied in some ways to supply and demand, yet its not a true free market. Quite interesting.

Also factor in people getting the level in order to be able to open their own effigies. Which brings you to the lower 90s - the halfway point. Half as many oak planks, or herbs, or bars, or ores, etc. That's a lot of money if you are the type who buys all your resources. Now if you are the type who doesn't intend to push your skills to 99, I agree it's no big deal. But we are talking about CapeScape here. People love their capes. Takes a "lot" of effigies to get 6.5m ish xp

I wouldn't advise cannon at first, personally I don't even like using it since its too much of a PITA. Basically, the idea is to have high range (350+) defense, high pray (20+) and all 3 combat styles. Find a world, kill supreme if prime gets on your, or just run past with range pray if prime doesn't, and lure rex. After rex is dead, melee supreme. Depending on how fast you kill sup, and the world population, you should be able to get between 1-5 shots in against prime. You'll learn timing. Switch to mage right before rex will spawn, run to the lure spot. Mage and lure. Repeat. Without cannon, off task, I got 140 kills in 5.5 overloads. Normally, I get around 65-75 kills/hr, depending on if I just mage for a while when working on something else IRL. DFS or Obby shields are best, besides divines/ely, due to the range defense. Don't use BSS, its range defense is too low. One note: even grenwall hunting and nature crafting are falling behind. I've got a decent rc lvl, and making nats just isn't as profitable as it once was-- if one only gets one nat per ess, I think no net profit is made, accounting for the price of graahks and duelling rings. So, basically, even these best moneymakers are being screwed over. Also, @Ts Combat should be the best money maker, and merchanting should be a good one as well. Combat, lets see. I'm constantly risking between 30-100m, as well as at least 1 chaotic, and I've spent over 1.5b on my gear and stats. So I should be making better money then someone who needs 150k worth of P ess.

Lol@ 85 slayer is stupid high. 10m slayer xp, and I camped some whips, and I've only had 21. Don't bother camping for Gp, better things to do. Best setup is defender+whip/CR, bandos,fury fero ring, fire cape, and turm/piety. And they have higher defense then many other slayer monsters.

CLS+shield if 1.) Shield is needed and 2.) Monster has high defense (Graador) Otherwise rapier+defender.

You should try solo 2.5-brid... it's a fair bit more profitable. This. And you have more seers/mud staffs in those kills then I've had in over 5 THOUSAND dag king kills. Yeah, but the problem is I can't afford proper gear. What you saw there is pretty much my bank + Verac's, karil's and my chaotics. I've gone in full veracs+ely. You can do it quite easily with obby shield, v skirt/helm, and a barrows top. Just switch out the barrows top for like v top or something else when maging, since it has -30 mage offense.
