What quest was this and why was it bad ?

Hello, a couple of questions from a guy who asks questions alot ! :lol: Firstly, ive heard it takes 2K tokens on average to acquire a rune defender, approx. how many cyclopses is that at 80 cb w/ super attks and streghths. Also any idea, what the profit is if I pick up the drops? And should I use pots or not, depending on the cost ? Secondly, Stats, 65 Attk, Def, Str, 44 Prayer, I know these are medicore stats to kill green dragons, but meh. I need to get my prayer up, and im killing green dragons, but which method is faster and better suited to me ? 1.) The east of clan wars one, tele with games necklace run east, deposit box, rinse and repeat OR 2.)Chaos tunnels (Prayer method), teleport, prayer, lumby tele (I dont have altar in my house) regain prayer points, tele to edge, run north, rinse and repeat... Is this effective, I havent done heroes quest and i cant recharge, I have to buy my charged glorys and hardly anyone sells !
