Just throwing this out there but in a lot of online game communities (HoN, Lineage II private servers, few others) there is a lot of "hate" against BR's (Brazilians) and Russians. See of those 40 proteins you're saying that the parts that make it up, if seperated have no individual use. Which is where you are wrong. The flagellum motor if deconstructed, it's individual parts have very specific roles. If I remember correctly from reading, it was a type of secretory system used by many, many different pathogens. But I agree there are things in the natural world that are too perfect and well thought out to be dervied wholly from "evolution".
