That sucks dude. My friend brought a knife to school every day and never got caught. I'm pretty sure my teacher saw it too. Why would he bring a knife to school everyday? I'm kind of skeptical about that one.

Or you can work for it back like I did when I was tampled on FOUR times after I started playing. When I meant trampled, I mean losing your whole bank, acc, stats, everything. Lost anywhere from 1.2m (which was a lot back then) to a green mask-santa hat. (16-19m) Since making money has never been easier, I'm pretty sure you'll have no problem making at least 100m to get you started.

Wish I can say the same. <_< Ever since college, I literally have to cram my time to make room for this game and this forum. I would still play since RS has never affected my grades to begin with but it's that I can't keep on playing it since there's nothing to do now that I have billions of gp, every of my skills are no fun, and no content that I can enjoy. I can safely say that I've beaten this game until there was nothing left for me. I know I have so much more to do but I can't continue grinding all my skills since it's just not fun anymore. I'm thinking of quit playing games altogether and find a new hobby like trying to lose weight or focus on my major. Prob not going to happen but it's worth trying. :) My routine keeps me busy enough to not even think about Runescape for days. I usually watch Youtube videos, look up wikipedia articles, search google images, watch/read the news, study for quizzes and exams, and other things. The best part about my life is not having any relationships...since I can save money, time and esp freedom. :shades:

^ Sounds like Hiker is in a lot of distress. Its not entirely rare for middle aged men to develop some attractions towards young boys. He should probably visit a therapist or get special needs. I've read enough articles just like this to know that these types of crimes are all because they are suffering from a disorder. Choices can only go so far but sometimes, there are other factors that drives you to make those choices which can either be mild or very hard to handle.

No idea how this hacker managed to steal your items without even changing the password and PIN number for that matter so the only possibility is that someone could of discreetly accessed your account via your laptop by downloading a keystroke software that records all your keyboard (and mouse) activity. This is the only way the hacker could access your runescape account WITHOUT changing the password because doing so without knowing is impossible. Despite my last post, your recoveries may had nothing to do with your account theft and since your antivirus DID NOT scan any infections in your system, the hacker might have gained your laptops approval for downloading his "software" into your computer.

^^ This is your second time hacked? Sorry for your loss but it might have been because your account got recovered by a third party. Be it your friends, or someone you don't know who has knowledge to your account's information. I would suggest changing Acc recoveries and possibily any other data that can be used in addition.

My subscription is due on the 10th. After that, I will quit and probably not come back for a long time. My reasons for quitting is because I simply cannot find anything entertaining in this game. My other reason is to use that extra time for Runescape on my studies and hopefully raise my GPA. but I wouldn't quit if Jagex released updates that were for the game and not for them.

Well, the best way to vent is to do something else more relaxing? It sounds like you've been playing SW beyond your heart's content. I was a bit angry at times since I kept lagging and d/cing at slayer tasks but then I went outside, cooled off and tried to fix my internet connection until I lagged no more. It's usually better if you calm down because it's easier to perceive optimism which can sometimes boost your luck a little (I know it sounds a bit crazy) and find out that what your ranting about now isn't actually that bad.

I think you need to factor in how many people still play this game. There are still players who finish those quests, train those skills, and save to buy those items. You see, when you play a game and you get good at it, you may sometimes think that it's just not the same as it used to be. It's not the game that's going down, it's you who's going all the way up there to probably where a very few people are and think the same as you about what's happening to Runescape. So you might have played for a long time and became experienced enough to just breeze through everything in stored for you and that's great. It's nothing to disappoint about. Sure, there have been complications and a few changes you may have not appreciated but that's change you're just going to have to deal with.

Volcarona is a mixture of fire and bug type. Bug is weak against fire so the damage is doubled if said pokemon was only a bug type. Fire is resistant to fire so the damage is halved if said pokemon was only a fire type. 2 x 1/2 = 1. Volcarona would take full damage to fire type moves so you're right. This rule doesn't always apply if Pokemon have abilities that can counter certain types. (Pokemon with levitate is impervious to ground moves)

Sadly I have to agree with this. Everytime something goes public either for good or worse, it always seems to get more popular. I remember that one thread about Timmy (Hellslayer H) who got hacked after RWTing 140 dollars and when someone announced it was on news on a Youtube video, Timmy suddenly becomes a RS celeb. Even when he clearly broke the rules and showed how stupid he is for buying gold and then losing it at a phishing scam.

The LOWEST combat level to drop them is the Jungle Srykewyrm at level 110. You may run across a few hard clues though. As for the best elite drop...That's up to you. KQ, KBD, DKs, and GWD are all good choices.

I personally use deodorant, everytime I walk out of the bathroom. I never use anything too powerful like cologne which can sometimes be just as bad or worse than absolutely nothing.

There are tons of people who are worthless garbage and still make lots of money.

If your budgets a little tight, don't hesitate on Bandos. They're like what, 33m for the set? Every Tom, [bleep], and Harry can afford that without going broke. You may try Torags but why would you do that if they degrade and offer no offensive bonuses? Torva is obviously too expensive for the average Joe and you may not like Dragon a whole lot because it offers no offensive bonuses and not to mention how hideous it looks.

h'ween masks seems to be doing pretty well. Santas has been rising a bit, along with easters and maybe rare edibles. Phats are on the rise. It seems that rares are becoming more on demand. My best theory is that more people are taking a break from Runescape (for obvious reasons) and are hoping to sell out their whole bank for rares.
