11-Jan-2010 - Nomads Requiem
I've got a Lab-group to get to, but will have my eye out for this quest - looking forward to doing it later! This could be a pretty useful time to get statistics on Zeal rewards too - unless the formula has already been determined as needed?

11-Jan-2010 - Nomads Requiem
Seems I got back from lecture just as this was released - cool! :^_^: Looks reasonable, from my calculations - experience is actually quite high from the amount of Zeal rewarded?

Great little trick - thanks for the tip! :^_^: Worked with Vista 32 on my Laptop.

Jagex Aid Arrest of Runescape Account Hacker
Doesn't that simply relate that it's stealing the property of Jagex rather than the property of the player? If so - surely the same applies, it's still the theft of a possession, albeit a virtual one. I'm not clued up on the law and I certainly don't know what would warrant jail-time or simply a probation; It would seem harsh to get jail-time for the theft of virtual goods, especially if it's a first offence - but I don't think we're told anything about why the decision was jail-time? It could well be that there were other factors behind the decision as others have said in this thread...

Jagex Aid Arrest of Runescape Account Hacker
This is a great step I think, both for Jagex and for the Internet-crime scene. I've always felt that internet crimes are seen as being lesser to that of crimes encountered in the world, which of-course shouldn't be the case - although the 'virtual' nature of it creates somewhat of a barrier between the real-world and the 'internet', these accounts and virtual-possessions are still that - possessions. They should really be treated as such in my opinion. The loss of them does result in loss of time, money in some cases and even emotional disturbance! The law's there for a reason and certainly a lot of the younger-generation growing up believe that they can get away with hacking and online theft. (I had that same opinion up till only a few years ago! ;)) This kind of publicity should make people realise that they do have punishments to face if they pursue the wrong line of things and should hopefully scare off at least some people! Lol! :^_^:

Spoiler / Plot Information. ;)

03-Dec-2009 - The Temple at Senntisten
Was a reasonable quest - nothing elaborate but nice addition to the storyline I think - got stuck at the fortress until I realised what I'd missed! :)

03-Dec-2009 - The Temple at Senntisten
Personally I don't mind the font-change, not anything drastic. Seems we always have trouble when Jagex change fonts though! :P

Attempt To Make The Longest Train In Runescape
Will try my best to turn up for it - either way, best of luck, should be awesome to see! :^_^: On a side-note, the youtube link's slightly incorrect, here's the right one: watch.php?v=lqGUZKvd9Qo watch.php?v=lqGUZKvd9Qo

Runescape and JaGeX
As has already been said, Runescape won't start to use DirectX due to the Java platform i'd presume. They're already using the JOGL library though! :^_^:

A couple of graahk questions
If you're fast and bank quickly - it seems like you're always going to need the very occassional Energy-Dose. I'm 94-Agility and when wearing the Agile outfit I still need a dose, albeit rarely, when I Runecraft. However, I'd assume this is due to quick-banking, I don't bother to bank the Nature-stacks, use mouse-keys and have been doing it a while so am not really on the spot for long at all. Either way, the doses are very minimal and even a quick rest wouldn't impact things dramatically. Whenever my pouch degrades, I continue to do the run, then Teleport to Edgeville - I do believe it's quicker that way. Furthermore, I'm on-and-off using Edgeville as the main-bank for Graahking so it doesn't really impact time as I'm used to it again. It's probably worth using rather than 2-teleports! :)

Path of Glouphrie Puzzle...
The bottom 2-slots are going to have to be filled with 2 pieces both totalling 6, as the Orange-Triangle represents 6. Seems your possibles are: Yellow Circle, Red Triangle Yellow Circle, Yellow Circle Red Triangle, Red Triangle Green Circle, Orange Circle Orange Circle, Red Square Think that's right... Either way - seems like you've got to do some exchanging. ;) Edit: Woops, too slow! :^_^:

Sailing
If anything - I see more of a likeness to the proclaimed 'music cape' rather than Sailing. :^_^:

How to start RuneScape Classic? Help
Definitely agree with the combat suggestions, although I'm focusing entirely on mining at the moment (61) and am only Level 9 Combat which is slightly contradictory. It's fairly obvious though, given the nature of the 3-Round system of fighting. I couldn't mine Coal efficiently anywhere at such low combat - I had to all-out mine to get access to the Mining Guild. (Although that's fantastic at the moment, so empty! :)) Coal-trucks have bats, I can't run the Grand Tree quest as there's no chance of me getting by Jungle Spiders, let alone killing the Black Demon with Magic! :P Simply buying Runes I was getting harassed by the Mugger, it's more and more evident that RSC almost requires Combat to be trained to progress! :^_^:

Relaunched!!
Still loving this! ;) Anyone got any ideas on what they did with today's system update? Edit: Found it. Official Forums

RSC Trial-Period Over
Much agreed Nagrom - I think that the game is actually very, very appealing and it could really do with a bit more advertisement so more people could find that out for themselves! ;) I'm currently sticking with it - reckon I probably will continue with this for quite a while. I had plans in the making for a self-sufficient character on RS2 before this was re-released, now that it is I reckon I'll just focus on RSC instead as it's largely self-sufficiency! :^_^: I'll add that i'm 0x3E in RSC, currently Smithing & Mining. Should find me around East-Varrock right now but i'll be moving to Coal soon! :)

Relaunched!!
Initially, I turned away after logging-in, but having played it for a bit now with an open mind I must say I'm actually loving RSC! :^_^: I'm quite certain that I'll stick to playing this for a while now, for all it's inferiority compared to RS2 - it still is pretty awesome!

Slayer ring -> Tarn's lair
Last time I read of this I think it was mentioned that it's been fixed unfortunately! :P When it did work though you were teleported just outside of the room with Tarn I believe, so you still had to fight him. ;) Tarn's Lair isn't too tricky though, should manage it fine without the trick!
