  1. Well right off the bat I would say to make sure your Java is updated, your browser is updated, and anything else relevant. Try booting into safe mode too. I thought that when the client loads you can press S to boot into safe mode. I don't know if this is still the case, or when you are supposed to press it though.
  2. The key is used to unlock a boat, young grasshopper. It is in that boat you will find the secret of time travel, but level 80 sailing is required. It's something about sailing your boat in the opposite direction to the way the earth is spinning - I didn't pay much attention to it because I was distracted by a shiny thing. *Level 88 sailing.
  3. Oooo Dragon Defender. They are looking for the right time? Maybe if they release it this week people will forget about their huge mistake last week... It's the right time, Jagex release that crap now!
  4. It varies for everyone, like said above. Fight mith armor, it supplies the tokens the fastest. Good luck. Took me about 4k Tokens to get to rune.
  5. Totally ignoring the fact you can sell the boots to the sherpa for about 45k a piece... Yup.
  6. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Price_floor That is exactly what Jagex did, enable a price floor, to a point. The price is subject to change via supply and demand. As of now, the boots will crash to the real (hidden) price floor that Jagex does with all items that can be sold and bought on the Grand Exchange (I hope it does). Unless they didn't for this item, then maybe it will crash all the way back to 200gp...*wishful thinking* Meh this doesn't affect me directly, other than the fact that it could possible inflate items that I buy/use. Then it will suck for me. I don't play enough anymore anyway to really care that much. I care more about content updates.
  7. Seriously..."Hm let's see how we can f*** over Runescape even more guys! I know we have done a ton of terrible updates already, with a few accidentally decent ones in there, but I think there is even more we can do to damage the Runescape economy!" Jagex really put their thinking caps on for this one huh..
  8. Maybe. FYI, Using SLI isn't going to require anymore power than just running the cards normal. It doesn't hurt to have a little bigger PSU. however, it does hurt to have a smaller PSU. Also, what's the point you're trying to make? Did you think I was just going to jump up and by a smaller PSU for you? I know that running SLI does not require anymore power then using four cards without SLI...although I'm not sure why you would not want to use SLI. The whole point of having that many cards would be to use them all at once. And a 1200w PSU is not a little bigger lol, that is almost 2 times as much you need. I did not expect you to "jump up and by a smaller PSU for [me]." I was just making a point that there is no need for such a high PSU for the current hardware you were running. There is no need to be snappy or take offense. Just for future reference.
  9. And you need a 1200W PSU Why lol? I could understand MAYBE if you were going quad SLI or something...but you could easily get away with an 800-1000W... Well in my CoolerMaster HAF 922 I have three case fans and it's usually pretty quiet. A 140mm, and 2 X 200mm. Bigger fans are quieter so it doesn't get too loud but still pushes lots of air. :) More OT: Might as well post my computer I guess. 10. I was just about to post that. Seriously. Spybot rapes all of that crap.
  11. Ok thank you very much :) and how do i hide tags and stuff? [hide] [hide]This is hidden[/hide][/hide]
  12. Haha I don't know. I have watched the little video clips of the different professions on Guild Wars 2's website. I have to say, even though the clips are about 10-15 seconds long, they look amazing! My expectations are high as well. Hopefully no disappointment! lol..
  13. Yeah I want them to get on and announce the new classes already. :)
  14. I wish I had a few good friends that would just let me kill them over and over again lol. Course I'm sure Jagex has put measures in place to make sure people don't abuse it like that. Still CW is fun even though I won't win. Excuse to play!
  15. Last time I bought something from a shop was...I don't even remember.
  16. Awesome! I always missed the BTS...great to seem em back!
  17. Agree. I would like that bank space  Little more on topic, this wouldn't really affect me as I will never have that much of any item lol.
  18. If we ever see a release of it. :wall:
  19. The water in that trailer looks nothing like the tessellated water that nvidia's new 400's series can produce. Only two nvidia cards are capable of tessellation like that, the 470 and 480 ($350, and $500 respectively). Those are their only cards that support tessellation, which is an exclusive feature to DX 11 (none of the previous versions, even 10.1). I don't know if Runescape is even written in DX11, and if it is, to utilize their amazing "tessellated water" that was shown in the trailer, one would need a DX 11 capable card. Either the GTX 470, GTX 480, or an ATI 5000's series card, most likely a high end. The water looks like an upgrade, but does not even come close to what you linked to. On a more on topic note, DirectX seems to slow down my computer considerably. I'll see how good it runs on Monday though, when my new parts from NewEgg show up, including a GTX 470 and the new AMD Black Edition Hexacore. :)
  20. I can barley stay under 100 Fps on World of Warcraft on max graphics settings whilst recording with Fraps @ 60 FPS :/ fml. :) Didn't someone post a few pics of the bloom lighting awhile back? World of Warcraft is an old game based on an old engine, I'm not surprised you can run at 100FPS. OMG I really hope they release bloom effects! FTP3 will be a nice treat too!
  21. Yeah, they said beta by the end of the year! :D
  22. Personally, I never pushed more than 1200 alchs an hour, although I was watching movies. It would have been impossible for me otherwise.
  23. Weird, because I got my b staffs, flax, pure ess, but Bert told me to come back tomorrow. :( And I had just collected them all the previous day within 5 minutes of each other.
  24. Sometimes when I am doing my daily activities such as getting B-Staffs, pure ess, etc., Bert says that I should come back tomorrow to pick up my sand. The last time I picked it up though was the day before. Does it have to be 24 hours exactly? If so, does this not apply then to things from diaries?
  25. To get a crystal do I have to go through the entire mine again?
