Could someone tell me the round abouts of how much xp each needle gives me for crafting. It would also be really helpful if there was already a thread/guide with all the SC tools xp rates.

On the contrary, it can. That is what makes Runescape so tragic, it CAN be the best MMORPG out there, it is boiling with potential. However, the management couldn't care any less than they already do about making that a reality. Well he is right, there are some things you just can't do on a browser; for instance, it will be a long time before RS graphics are up to date. I don't care much for graphics but it is a fact that there are certain limitations attached. The only true limitation is making the graphics able to run on every single computer out there. Just wait for Mechscape. I'm quite stoked to see what Java and web based MMO's can actually pull out. MS is supposed to be far more advanced than RS.

Correct. WoW's biggest competitor will be next year, made by themselves (Blizzard) with Diablo 3 in my opinion. Have to also take into account the experience blizzard has as a developer, where as Jagexs first and only hit was RuneScape. And the fact that Jagex was at the fair start of the MMO regime. Blizzard was able to stand back and watch what other Developers did. They looked at others mistakes and made their game (WoW) based off of others games disadvantages (like runescape).

You obviously traveled to the Bedabin Camp via flying carpet. It's been glitched for a few months now, and Jagex has yet to fix it.

I think it's considered a strategy in most cases. I would rather ask people for the clay than spend a minute getting it myself, considering the more people with the best gear on your team, the better off you are for winning.

Party Hats aren't overprices, they are simply priced wrong. There is too much demand on the GE and too little supply, thus causing people to be forced to pay 50m over the GE price. A few months ago I tried buying a Purple just to have, and couldn't get it off the GE. I was for sure not going to pay over the GE price.

Do Not Do This! Merchant clans are [bleep]ing up the game, and are putting more harm than when Macros and Bots were around. You remember what happened to Runescape when they fixed the Bot issue don't you? They [bleep]ed with the free trade, screwed over Innocent people, took away staking, and took 2 years to fix PKing, thus using up time for actual updates that could of been useful. Do not deal with merchant clans. Do not be a douche.

Stupid. You would get more money buying them at their low then selling at their high, and continuing that for a month. If anything, you don't know what updates will be brought out in a month or two.. If a money drainer comes out, chances are robins will drop.

Well that's not merchanting. That's buying and waiting a year. It all depends on the amount of cash in the game. If there is an excess amount of cash (inflation) Rares will go up, and Vice Versa.

Pro merchanting tip: Before putting in an offer for anything in bulk, I repeat if you are buying anything in bulk (such as 100k iron ores, 10 AGS, 5 ranger boots, anything that will cost a lot): Check to see if it is dropping in price. How to be safe: Put an offer for just 1 of the item you want at the lowest price. If it auto buys, then it's a bad idea to merchant it.

Simple. Buy a pair of Dragon Claws. Lend the claws for 200k an hour. 10m divided by 200k is 50. That's 50 hours of claws being lent out. This only works if you can get 200k an hour, although I was on world 2 yesterday and people were offering that much.

I had been doing TD massacres in Standard Detail because that is what I usually play on. I switched to HD full screen on my quite big monitor, took 30 minutes to get used to the new Tabs, and then realized the amount of advantage I had over SD. There were so many times I could switch to the right prayer at the right time compared to Standard Detail. If your computer can handle it, HD is superior at any rate during boss fights when compared to SD.

1. DBaxe special instead of super set. 2. No super anti. 3. Monks robe bottom instead of the countless better prayer boosts. 4. No top? 5. Steel defender. 6. Saved pic as JPG. 7. Training at monkeys when AZ's are obviously better for XP, Charms, and Cash.

Wear a phoenix necklace. It's an almost sure way to protect from clawers.

So you are saying it would be faster to construct 27,656 planks plus 32 hours of SC, rather then doing 55,312 planks without hammers? From what I've seen, it is the same amount of time.

So without the hammers it would run me 14,436,432 x 2 = 28,872,864. The 17 hours spent at SC I would only need to be able to make 14,436,432 / 17 = 849,201gp/hour to cover the cost. With the construction goal of 90, I think that is a decent expenditure (29m~). I place a higher value on my time played then I do the GP in game.. Being almost 91 Slayer and only 70 RC, I still have lots of money making to go... Very informative post, thanks a lot! It halves your money spent, and your time spent. So basically, you won't use any more time than doing it without hammers. If you do it without hammers, you spend 2x as much money. If you do it with hammers, you save 1/2 the money, and spend the same amount of time. Plus, SC is a really fun game that may get you addicted if you decide to play on the normal worlds with combat.
