Quests are not fun at all when you have to go across the world multiple times just to fetch some item the NPC could of got himself. Every single quest is outrageous because the NPC always asks for you to gather five to ten items that he could of found just as easily. Let's just take a look... [hide=One Small Favour]Items: 2000-3000 gp, hammer, chisel, bowl of hot water (use a bowl of water on a range), pot, empty tea cup (can be taken from Galahad's house west of McGrubor's wood), 1 bronze bar, 1 iron bar, 4 steel bars, 2 guam leaves, 1 marrentill, 1 harralander.[/hide] [hide=Rocking Out]Items: Pirate bandana, stripy pirate shirt, pirate leggings, pirate boots, Book o' Piracy, 2 bronze wires, hammer, ghostspeak amulet, 25 ecto-tokens, charcoal, diving apparatus, fishbowl helmet, 20 coins[/hide] [hide=Fremennik Isles, The]Items: Raw tuna, 6 mithril ore or 7 coal ore (dependent on your mining level), 9 ropes, hatchet, knife, thread, needle, hammer, bronze nail[/hide] The first three quests I randomly clicked, and they all require random items that make you bank over and over. What's the fun in a quest if you are constantly spending 5 to 10 minutes banking. However I was extremely appealed by the newest Chaos Dwarf quest. It required no items at all and actually went smothly. Instead of walking around and wandering to the next destination, it actually teleported you where you needed to be. Even the grand exchange part was done well, because it didn't require you to cut away from the quest too long with all the teleports.

Don't sell it. Keep it :) Never sell it to be honest. It's great and it's useful, and at any rate is good to have.

Wait a second. You're bored of grinding a skill, so you decide to camp? I don't want to sound like I'm trying to be negative, but that's the least of things I would want to do. If you're bored of grinding, what's to say you won't get bored of ranging after the first trip. Other than that, just experiment a bit with your range gear. If you go one trip getting hit a lot, then bring more defence next trip. If the next trip you never get hit, then even it out. It's all about finding what suits your defense and ranged level.

But I left my LS CC to see the movie. That would of been my pick ;)

I LS'ed with my cousin... 17 shots drops 7 cannon drops So multiply that by 2 since we are both even. And no pick drop. They are rare, really rare. The room you get them in is like fighting a boss. If you go into a world with little people chances are you will be eaten alive for the first 20 minutes. You can't protect from everything with prayer. Chances are, these picks won't go down in price for a while.

I like how all the magic answers prove they are completely oblivious to how screwed up magic is against Monsters. It seems as if everything has to be based around how powerful ancient magics is, but they don't realize that bursting monsters for training costs tens of millions. Jagex, add combat magic that doesn't require as much money, as it's the only combat that is useless in PvM.

Had some fun today :) [hide=New Quest Monster Drops] [/hide] In all honesty, it seems 92 is the magic number with these guys. You will grow used to that number, because that is all you will see. Every other drop is 92 coins, and on the occasion 46 coins or a muddy key.

yes they hurt I think they're trying to control price for now, the rate will be increased because right now its odd lol After a while they're not aggressive though so it's not too bad. I don't think the drop rate will be changed at all. If anything I want them to make the monsters always aggressive so that it is harder to solo. It would require teamwork on killing things for once that aren't a boss.

Even if you finished the quest, you wouldn't of known about the pickaxe without spending hours killing the monster that drops it, in which could of been any of the new monsters released in the quest. If you are actually complaining about the spoiler, then complain to Jagex for releasing it into the GE: the place that spoiled it for everyone else.

*GASP!* Now that we have a legit PvP system that doesn't allow RWT, why don't we bring back the old wildy! Whoa now Jagex, doesn't that sound dandy? Putting things back to where they were. It's not like we are going to miss revenants anyways. Seriously, why doesn't Jagex put the new PvP system inside of each and every world, and limit it like the old PvP was (Only pk in wilderness).

Sell the DFS, buy a Blessed Spirit Shield, Tassy, and BCP. On all of the monsters that need good defence, use the BSS, while on easy tasks use a defender.

It's not supposed to be easy though. You just have to have quicker reactions now, which is perfectly fine because Jad was too easy in the first place.

If you are ever being attacked by a mage, put on prayer. The chances of them splashing on you is extremely small and their average hit is double digits. Personally, I kill with prayer on the zamorak mages in the boss area. I wear my best prayer set-up with a zammy item, and gear up for the usual prayer slayer task.

You're never going to get 99 mage just like that. Your overall xp isn't even half way to a 99 skill's xp. Why not save your money, considering magic will cost around 20 to 30m at the moderate to fastest xp rates. I don't mean to sound rude, but this is advice. Have fun while you can. Going for a 99 is not particularly fun, however if you do want a 99 skill, and you are looking into combat skills: try melee. It can be fun, and if done right isn't a grind.
