Don't work, I have been working for the last 2 weeks and that do not help at all.(I'm a general labourer, dragging bits of trees and timber from one place to another all day) But even with the little I sleep in bed I never fell asleep in school(no matter how hard I try) yet :D . (I think I kinda sound ignorant saying the ideas so far don't work but sorry I don't mean to be)

I have tried that a few times and never helped.

I have problems getting/staying asleep. I could say go to sleep now and it would take close to an hour to fall asleep then I would wake up at about 9:00am. Even if i went to sleep at 11:30 still takes me an hour to fall asleep then up at about 9. Started about 2-3 months ago. I even changed beds recently and didn't help. I have tried alot of general stuff to try fall asleep: Counting numbers Counting back words Counting sheep Trying to sleep Trying to stay away Making up stories If I think of anything else I'll add it here. Can anyone help?

But if you click on that link it brings up an e-mail address ([email protected]) but you can't even send a message to that e-mail address. So how are you ment to contact a Board Administrator then? I'm assuming that's a mistake? Also is it me or is the writing on it there kinda hard to read?
